I paid $13 for two chalupas and a soft taco. The chalupas were completely stale. The employees were nice, but in order to change extremely high prices the least thing you should do is make sure the food is fresh. Not good at all

This has happened every time I get food here, I always order light lettuce because I can only have small amounts of it. I wind up not eating my food because I get tired of having to pick all the lettuce off which takes all the cheese with it. I think it’s time to take a break from coming to the Taco Bell in Marshall MI and it’s always been my go to.

The 17-year-old taking my order, Xander, did an excellent job. He got my family special order right. As I was waiting for my food, I then heard him handle a bilingual order with professionalism and grace. That kind of patience and customer service from a 17-year-old working a food service job is the optimism I needed to see in our society. Food came out quickly, clean, and good. I hope that the excellence in the small things leads to a life of excellence for the people that work here.

Sorry but when it takes 45 minutes in line and the cashier is yammering on like its a class reunion. Absolutely terrible customer service. This place needs to hire more people or get people who will work

Only reason I'm giving it 1 star is simply because they were either short staffed or took too many orders at one time and took 20 minutes to make 2 chalupas and a hard taco. Otherwise everything else was good and food was hot and fresh.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered in the lobby and Waited 35 minutes for two burritos along with others. Were told drive through orders are priority. Management at this location is a joke. Clearly they don't care of customer service or efficiency.

When they aren't out of food I think it is a great choice but unfortunately almost every time the are out of some sort of item.... Unfortunately I have had countless occasions where they are out of beef the main thing at taco bell and there out of it. I am seriously disappointed with going through the drive through and hearing 8 things there out of. Whoever is ordering there food should be fired immediately it is embarrassing!!!!

They're out of of half the menu. No hard shells, beef, burrito tortillas, lettuce, ect. Then they have a sign saying you can substitute beans, chicken, or steak for beef. What the sign doesn't say is the still want to up charge for it. Its a truck stop so you already charge more than a regular Taco Bell and now you're charging the customer for the inconvenience. Asked to speak with a manager and was told theres no management what so ever. So you mean to tell me there's no manager, assistant, or shift lead? Ridiculous...
