Food is amazing! Cheese bites are delicious. We had bone in & boneless prime rib...best around! Amazing crust on prime rib. Smoked mac n cheese so good! Tried the flight of margaritas...habanero lime SUPERB!!! Awesome staff! We will definitely be back!

Reservation on New Year's Eve. They were very busy. The staff was still very friendly. There was miscommunication on a meal, but the staff went way above and beyond to make sure we had a great night! Our server was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

The service is excellent, the food is excellent and the drinks are excellent! Stacy, Susan, Hannah, Gigi, and the chef, Ian are absolutely the best! We love the Silo!!! The steaks, salmon and sides. The apple cole slaw is the bomb! Bloody Mary's are always yummy! Food melts in your mouth!!! Delicious...every bite!
