Didn't even get to order. They were only making one order at a time and the person at the counter was walking around waiting for the food to come out for the person in front of us and didn't even look at us or say anything to us. We waited a while and then walked out and went somewhere else.

Went in while passing through on my way to St. Louis. The food was great! The best Wendy’s I’ve ever had hands down. I ordered two jr bacon cheeseburgers and some fries and the burgers looked just like they do on the menu and tasted absolutely perfect! It was amazing. The staff was super nice and friendly as well. The problem is the place was absolutely disgusting, I mean down right filthy! I couldn’t believe that such a dirty disgusting joint could prepare such good looking and good tasting food. I was really conflicted about the whole thing, I mean one on had I just had two of the best Wendy’s burgers I’ve ever had in my life and on the other, well it was from dirty restaurant. All said and done though , I would definitely go back as the food was just that good.

Kailiegh and her team offered us the Best Customer Service , and was so helpful with information about the new Wednesday Meal and all 4 of the sauces .. They were in middle of a lunch rush and they Rocked and Rolled it with Smiles , Great Servive , and Hot and Fresh Food ... Thank You to the entire team for our lunch with a smile today ..

This place needs to be CLOSED!! No other cars in drive thru. Ordered, paid and asked to move up, waiting on eggs. WAITED ALMOST 20 min for COLD, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, I threw in the trash upon arriving home. Additionally they served 3 cars behind me BEFORE FILLING MY ORDER!! I ordered a sausage egg biscuit. One car had TWO LARGE SACKS delivered. Salt in the wound. Good bye Marshall, IL Wendy’s!

I went into the restroom before ordering late at night, and the application refused to take my take-out order. I changed it to drive-in, and the offered to make it and bring it to me in the lobby. They were most accommodating!

Food was sloppily assembled, service was less than stellar. But most notable was the dirty soda machine, and dirt and buildup in every corner, nook and cranny visible.

One star bc my food was hot and fresh. The floors are very sticky. Employees are rude and ignore you. I went to the counter to order bc I simply didn’t see the kiosk. The girl attempted to take my order but than randomly walked off. She finally came back and said she couldn’t take my order bc she wasn’t assigned to the computer. I said ok and she walked off again. I assumed I was waiting for someone that could take my order. Finally after five minutes of standing there the same girl came back and said that no one was assigned to the computer and that I would have to use the kiosk. All of the other employees ignored me. While I was waiting for someone to take my order I watched an employee in a baby blue shirt wipe her nose on the back of her ungloved hand and than continue to handle food. I assumed she is the manager considering she was wearing a different color than the rest of the employees. Disgusting. Will never go back

Place was horrid. floors were greesy. NONE of the table were wiped down. a family waited five minutes for a table to be wiped down. I didn’t get my food for 20 minutes. ice machine had no ice in it. Pop machine was nasty and sticky. out of all the nasty places this tops it.

My experience in the drive-thru was very pleasant. They were very accommodating with my questions about the limited-time specials, and the food was prepared quickly, hot, and fresh. 5 stars in my opinion.

That's the worst Wendy's experience we have had. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, feces on the seats et cetera. There were seven people in our party, and they had a problem getting the order correct. Even after he double and triple check, we were missing an order of fries. The dining room was quite dirty as well. Sticky floors was garbage and the old food on the floors. A table tap for sticky and filled with crumbs. There were no customers, so there was no excuse to not have the place clean.

Pam and I placed a order this evening on the app. When I arrived at the store I was informed that my sandwich was not on the order, so I ordered my sandwich. I accepted that and even though I was annoyed and upset I accepted it.
But what happened after is what upsets me. I told the girl at the counter that I didn't want the frosty till after they had my sandwich was finished since the boy in the back yelled at me and said your sandwich will be made last. Then the manager came up ,grabbed the frostys and threw them in a sink. When I asked why he said you told her you didn't want them. I said no I just wanted them to be placed somewhere cool so they wouldn't melt, we'll we will make them fresh. That's when the boy walked up with my sandwich in a bag, slammed it down on the counter and said there's your sandwich and walked away. I said nice attitude which he replied thanks. I got my new frostys and left. I know they were really busy, I understand that. But to cop attitude to a customer at the front counter in front of another customer is just bad customer service. But the really bad thing is the worst thing was the managers attitude, his was the worst. He should be better at setting a example for the others. We will not be returning for awhile.
There was absolutely no urgency on any of the worker's part. Stood in line for an actual person to take our order versus the kiosk cuz I'm old school. After about 5 min I finally asked the lady in front of me if they were taking orders or if I had to use the kiosk. A woman, who i assume was the manager, overheard me and said that someone would be with us shortly. Stood there for another few minutes, while the line behind me got longer. Finally put my order in at the kiosk.
The floor was wet due to ice shooting out of the machine. There was a caution sign but still a hazard.
They called my name but were still gathering my order. I had ordered a salad and she needed to get the dressing. She then proceeded to go do something else!
Then I had to use the bathroom before we left. Again the floor was wet. The stream of water coming out of the faucet was pitiful.
If anyone had even acted like they cared at all would've been nice but that was far from the truth.
Thank goodness I was just traveling through and will never have to visit this location ever again.
