That's the worst Wendy's experience we have had. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, feces on the seats et cetera. There were seven people in our party, and they had a problem getting the order correct. Even after he double and triple check, we were missing an order of fries. The dining room was quite dirty as well. Sticky floors was garbage and the old food on the floors. A table tap for sticky and filled with crumbs. There were no customers, so there was no excuse to not have the place clean.
Pam and I placed a order this evening on the app. When I arrived at the store I was informed that my sandwich was not on the order, so I ordered my sandwich. I accepted that and even though I was annoyed and upset I accepted it.
But what happened after is what upsets me. I told the girl at the counter that I didn't want the frosty till after they had my sandwich was finished since the boy in the back yelled at me and said your sandwich will be made last. Then the manager came up ,grabbed the frostys and threw them in a sink. When I asked why he said you told her you didn't want them. I said no I just wanted them to be placed somewhere cool so they wouldn't melt, we'll we will make them fresh. That's when the boy walked up with my sandwich in a bag, slammed it down on the counter and said there's your sandwich and walked away. I said nice attitude which he replied thanks. I got my new frostys and left. I know they were really busy, I understand that. But to cop attitude to a customer at the front counter in front of another customer is just bad customer service. But the really bad thing is the worst thing was the managers attitude, his was the worst. He should be better at setting a example for the others. We will not be returning for awhile.
There was absolutely no urgency on any of the worker's part. Stood in line for an actual person to take our order versus the kiosk cuz I'm old school. After about 5 min I finally asked the lady in front of me if they were taking orders or if I had to use the kiosk. A woman, who i assume was the manager, overheard me and said that someone would be with us shortly. Stood there for another few minutes, while the line behind me got longer. Finally put my order in at the kiosk.
The floor was wet due to ice shooting out of the machine. There was a caution sign but still a hazard.
They called my name but were still gathering my order. I had ordered a salad and she needed to get the dressing. She then proceeded to go do something else!
Then I had to use the bathroom before we left. Again the floor was wet. The stream of water coming out of the faucet was pitiful.
If anyone had even acted like they cared at all would've been nice but that was far from the truth.
Thank goodness I was just traveling through and will never have to visit this location ever again.
Get it together
My sausage biscuit was good.my wife's honey chicken was so hard and crusty she could not eat it. It was old and tough. You couldn't bite it, you had to try to pull it apart.
I love going here for dinner! My food is always fresh and the employees are amazing! I went by tonight and my food was delicious!
Me and my grandkids kids got severe food poisoning from the cheeseburgers. How do I know this because three of us had cheeseburgers and one patty chicken wrap one of that chicken wrap didn’t get sick at all I’m violently sick along with my two year-old granddaughter and five-year-old grandson severely sick today. It’s crazy because I thought something of the guy that was chunky in the drive-through window when I asked her for some napkins, he looked at me and grin, and said sure. It’s my job to serve you and the way he said it the way he looked at us. I literally sat there and thought about it for a while Started getting sick at 2 PM the next day the only one wasn’t sick was the only one that had a chicken wrap I’ve been with my grandkids for a week and the only one that ate something different didn’t get sick because for breakfast, we all eat the same thing too. I’m disappointed that Wendy’s is making people sick very painful very uncomfortable and dangerous for a child to be sick like that you should definitely send somebody to that restaurant for Thor inspection before you serve anyone ever again.
Front counter guy just stood there talking. People lining up. He's still talking.

The only restaurant on Earth where you order a head on the app drive 7 minutes from home to the restaurant and they still make you wait in a parking spot and wait on your food

Waited 20 minutes on my food and was late to work. Happens almost every time I eat here.

I tried ordering breakfast inside. I walked in and saw clothes hanging on chairs, cookies resting on trays next to the cash register, stacks of cups littering the kitchen area, and no employee in sight. I just left because no one would take my order. Maybe if Wendy's didn't pay their employees poverty wages, they have more than one person managing the entire building by themselves

I used to work here, how are you fully staffed at 8 in the morning and waiting on eggs? I’m so glad I quit this place is a joke.

Drive through order. Specified no mayo on each sandwich. While they got it right on one. The Jr cheeseburger deluxe had mayo throughout and on top of the bun. Disgusting... Already back on the highway, and not worth driving back to correct.
