Bobby's Frozen Custard

Last 3 times I went here they either forgot something or made it incorrectly😔

Great treat. Reasonable prices. Open air sitting and good parking.

I have been going to Bobby's for years. I have always ordered the (regular size raspberry pecan concrete). It's takes me about 25 minutes to drive there. Well yesterday I decide to go for my delicious treat. I was totally disappointed! The ice cream was melted in the cup, the raspberries look nasty in the cup, there were about 3 to 4 very very small pieces of pecan nuts in the cup. My face showed the severe disappointment as the young lady gave it to me. I started to ask for my money back, because I look at how beautiful the other people's orders of ice cream looked. But instead I excepted it with grace! And siped some of the melted awefulness with grace! For the many years I have been traveling 25 minutes to Bobby's, I was truly saddened and very disappointed!

Wait is always impossibly long but it’s worth it.

I’ve been going to Bobby’s for quite some time, And recently got a pumpkin pie concrete. The pumpkin pie is still delicious, but the concrete part has a lot to be desired. Might as well have a milkshake very disappointed this has happened twice now I’m not going back For third.

I stopped by today and ordered a regular size bodacious. That was really good by the way

DO NOT TAKE A CUSTOMER'S MONEY AND THEN TELL THEM THE SODA MACHINE IS NOT WORKING. Y'ALL DID ME WRONG

I walked back up to the window to get a large coke. The employee took my money but then a little bit later comes back to tell me the soda machine isn't working. I don't know her name but she's got red hair. I gave her three dollars but was only given a refund of two dollars plus change. Now why did she steal one dollar and change? That's a thief and should be fired immediately including the manager on shift. I will not be continuing to come there anymore. I refuse to give my money to your establishment if that's how they do business 😡

I have been going to Bobby’s for YEARS! I got my usual order of a cookie dough concrete. Upon eating it when I got home I realized that there was absolutely no cookie dough in the custard, only on top! They have never done this. I am very disappointed with the result today.

One of the best places for ice cream. They have weekly specials and everything we have tried has been very good.

I remember the first time my son had the banana split it was bigger than his head. Lol. So wonderful and delicious! Definitely a favorite.

The custard by which all custards will be judged. Locals will tell you it's a must have and with a great atmosphere and retro vibe, the fantastic custard is just the cherry on top.

This was my third time at Bobby’s Frozen Custard, and I’m officially hooked! I’ve tried the Hard Rock Cashew and a couple of other flavors absolutely amazing every time. The custard is rich, creamy, and just melts in your mouth.

The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. It’s no surprise why people from all over Edwardsville and the surrounding area love this place it really is something special.

If you haven’t been to Bobby’s yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it!
