Do NOT go off the estimated time. Take the higher number and double it. My order said 16-22 min and it took 47. Also do not go off of their tracker. It says they are prepping it, which you would think they are making it, but it could be 30 minutes before they even start to prep it.

They do not use gloves AT ALL!!! The manager on duty Feb 14th @ 7pm informed me none of the dominos use gloves on the line. That’s nasty!! Her hands were all up in the toppings, god knows if she washed her hands, and how many times she scratched or touched her clothes, body etc

Store said they would deliver us a new pizza, delivery driver showed up and said if we cant give him this pizza he can’t give us a new one. We already threw it away. Bad pizza and worse customer service
UPDATE: called the store again, they said they take the pizza back in to the store to “see what is wrong with it”. This is a major health hazard per federal health codes as your bringing god knows what into the store from multiple places.

I placed my order around 11:30 PM from work (which i might add is literally a half mile away) and received a call saying they couldn't deliver bc it would be after midnight. The Dominoes site specifically says as long as you order before closing. To me, it seems like they just didn't want to deliver it or they would have followed policy.

Pizza was to be brought out to car. They never brought pizza out, I had to go in to pick it up.

Ordered last night and they gave me a pineapple and pepperoni pizza instead of a sausage. I made sure to ask specifically if they wanted the wrong pizza back and they said keep it for the troubles. Then my sausage pizza is at the door and the driver wouldn't give me my correct pizza until I gave him the incorrect pizza. There was already a slice gone I can't believe the driver took that back to the store. When I worked at Papa John's it was a safety risk to take back food that left the eyes of an employee, let alone has a visible slice taken out. Poor communication and poor health and safety practices on their part

Worst dominos in the country. Delivery times are minimum 1 hour, often 2 hours. I wish more than anything the Edwardsville Dominos still delivered to my address. Obviously management at this location is not capable of operating anything other than a dumpster fire.
