Last week i came and i had gotten a caramel licious drink with extra caramel and a maple waffle. My maple waffle completely fell apart before i could even eat it as well had a peice of hair in my drink. As well the service was as rude as can be. A lady was very disrespectful with the tone she had used towards me . Very unprofessional. Would NEVER go to this scooters again.

Maryville scooters is by far my favorite coffee shop I have had no issues great coffee the girls are always so friendly there's a certain girl there that just lightens up my day when I go to get my coffee she is so friendly and she always greets me with a smile which makes the rest of my evening so much better I wish I knew her name because I'd give her a very big praise

There are many scooters available to me in this area, and this is typically my scooters of choice. Prior to this evening, I have had NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL service and interactions with the staff at this location. However the woman who served me at the window this evening was extremely rude in the single interaction we had at the window. I do feel it is important that I provide some key information: -I did place a mobile order at 7:45, and arrived at the location/speaker at 7:51. -I have and still do work in the customer service industry for 5 years, and I do understand that it can be extremely frustrating when people come right before close. HOWEVER, I never direct or make these frustrations known to the customer (we are still open after all) - There was another car behind me, so I was not the sole reason they were not able to close
When I arrived at the window, I waited for about 5 minutes, which I have no issue with. The issue comes when I am handed my last drink(s) and she says “sorry for the wait, but we do close in literally 1 minute so.” Already feeling bad because i personally know how annoying it can be, I reply “I know I’m so sorry” and she says “yeah. You’re good.” It was very obvious that she was annoyed by me (these are the only words she said) and was trying to make it known that I was an inconvenience to her. I genuinely understand how this is frustrating, but I feel that she was very unnecessarily rude, not to mention she still had to serve someone behind me. I genuinely love this location and have had the employees be so kind, which is why this experience stood out. I have to say, I am unfortunately less likely to visit this location after this experience. The drinks were wonderful, as usual.

Paid $8 and got handed this.. isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. If you are looking to get anything BUT coffee in your drink, go to this scooters location.

I like going here, never really have any issues. Fast and friendly service. However, if your customers are paying almost $10 for a drink, the drink should be filled way more than this. Also, there was no vanilla creme added to the vanilla cold brew. Your drinks are already expensive and if you don't give people what they paid for then that's a bit ridiculous.
