Employees kids running around the store while you are trying to order. When asked for extra toppings they act like we aren't paying for it. Went down hill and will continue to running business like this. I miss the old owners

I went here today and the thermostat was on 87!!!!! I ask why it was so hot and the woman behind the counter said that “it’s a little hot yeah”. The ac worked she said. This was ridiculous. Customers will not be able to dine in because it’s like a sauna. You are serving the public, make your establishment comfortable.

Phenomenal place! Me and my family are regulars at the Maryville location and we have been for years. Jess is a very nice woman and she even shares a birthday with me :) other employees are very kind too but I can’t remember what their names were

Workers are very rude and unhelpful. I had hair in my food. Worker had a beard with no guard. Offered to remake it I requested a refund instead considering he didnt have proper ppe and had his beard exposed to the food. He insisted he could not do that. I quote, “no one else food hair in their food”
Good for them? 9 dollars for a 6 in I didnt even eat

The service in the beginning was fine. The person behind the counter was a little standoffish, which is totally fine. Everybody has their days, but when we received our order, the breads were mixed up for me and my sister, which is disappointing but fine. We are just gonna let it go, but then my sister looked in her sandwich and there was a hair in it so we got to the point where she needs to say something, she goes up to the counter to report this to the person working behind the counter. She lost her appetite and she’s requesting a refund after about eating 25% of the sandwich. The person behind the counter, instead of correcting this mistake, got combative and said “the other people you are with don’t have a hair in their sandwich” that was his answer. I knew the hair in the sandwich was his. He did not have protective wear for his facial hair. His unfriendly demeanor became very rude and confrontational, my family and I felt extremely uncomfortable and just decided to leave. This is considered bad costumer service, but this person was just very offensive. I called to report his behavior to a supervisor, again we were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, the person on the other end of the phone was sharp,unfriendly, and again mean. Due to his condescending behavior, I knew they would not engage in any productive conversation for ANY solution.

I had a very disappointing experience with an older female working at this establishment. She was consistently rude to both customers and employees. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the environment very uncomfortable. It's clear that she lacks basic customer service skills and respect for her team. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue promptly.

asked for it toasted, did not toast it. whatever not that big of a deal. then when i asked for ranch and veggies he did not put anything INSIDE the sub the ranch was put directly on the open side of the sub so when it was wrapped up it was all on the wrapper instead of the sub.

This location is convenient & I enjoy ordering from here. I especially appreciate employee, JESSICA!!! She is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, CHEERFUL, CARING & has a wonderful memory for remembering things you like on your sandwiches. She is definitely a PEOPLE PERSON & a WONDERFUL ASSET to Subway & especially this store!! JESSICA is one of the MAIN REASONS I visit this store instead of other Subways! JESSICA is a wonderful BLESSING to me every time I come into this store, & really BRIGHTENS my day!! JESSICA is a HUGE BLESSING & ASSET to Subway, & she DEFINITELY deserves a BIG RAISE!!!! THANK YOU, JESSICA - & Subway!!

I am so disappointed! I have always raved about this particular Subway location! The workers are great! However, I went in today and found out that there is new ownership and they no longer accept any coupons. I found out after my sandwich was made and I was at the register. Until this changes, I’ll get food elsewhere.

This Subway is the best!! Idk the name of this dynamic duo, but I was blown away!!! They weren't only friendly, the place was packed, they handled it like it was nothing. They are sandwich artists!! Great work, guys.
