On three different occasions (and we don't go often) my daughter and I noticed this location is locking their door and announcing they are closed and it is only after 7pm. No explanation. This is a big inconvenience when your hours are 10am-11pm.

Went to the dru through at 6:40 pm and the restaurant was closed. I guess no one showed for work???

Normally the food is good but I may consider going to Franfort next time.

If you are ordering for a group from this location, make sure to Double Check your receipt. We got charge $99.99 for two "Pick Your Pairs"...their salads are good, but not $200.00 worth. This whole situation has really turned our program off from ordering from Potbelly's again. I have been in contact with multiple people from this store, and nobody seems to provide us with an accurate answer. This transaction happened back in December of 2023, and we have never...
