Got a tea and they put maple in my tea as a joke I guess cause they couldn’t find my drink at first went to another Starbucks and they confirmed it was something in my drink that wasn’t suppose to will never go to this location
It’s a hit or miss with the employees. I’m not sure if they have a set schedule but the staff around 9am on Fridays are very rude. I waited at least 7 minutes before walking out after not even being acknowledged when I entered the restaurant. I made eye contact with multiple employees and they all quickly turned their heads as if I wasn’t there. I understand they’re busy but not all 8 of them were working on orders so someone should’ve 1. Horrible service, dirty store. I ordered ahead on the app. My drink was waiting when I got there. My pastry was not. I patiently waited for about 8 minutes, but no one acknowledged me or even looked at me. There was one person busily making drinks and two people busy at the drive through. Four others were standing around talking just past the register. I walked over there and stood by the counter, but they just kept talking an out personal stuff, no acknowledgement at all....read full review
