I've been to this particular BWWs a few times trying to get my wings fix. Although the food has been sub-par and the service lacking, this last visit was an all new low. It took forever to get our food, and it was cold within 60 seconds. It was awful. Our server was friendly and apologized, but in my limited experiences, this location is one of the worst. Maybe I just always visit on a bad night...
I seem to be going through a spicy phase, and BWW has managed to satisfy that craving! Wings seem to be getting smaller, but could be seasonal or due to other factors. Definitely sign up for the rewards program if you're even a semi-regular.
