I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff was inattentive, the steak was so undercooked you couldn’t even eat it, and the drink station was a mess. The worst part was how full the trash cans got, people starting leaving their trash on the floor/surrounding table. The lack of care does not go unnoticed. Save yourself time and money and find somewhere else to eat.

Rice is undercooked and crunchy every time, out of something for almost every order, but you dont know till you get it delivered, meat is dried out. Went in one time to have it corrected and was told they would make a new order, the lady then answered her cell phone and didnt come back for 25 minutes, leaving us just standing there.

My first experience here wasn’t great. The food quality was just bad but I went again a couple nights ago to give it another try and everyone was extremely helpful and the food was very flavorful this time! I was really happy with my experience!

If I could leave negative five stars I would this awful place has horrible service especially to the drive through I waited two hours for my food and then they said they had no white rice and we got told five more minutes at least twenty times and then they said they got something in their sour cream and they had no more so they offered us drinks for the wait absolutely awful experience will never come back

Stopped in on a road trip. All of the meats were dried out and at the end of the batch. I asked if they had more meat and the gentleman said they had some coming out. Then I asked for steak, which he tried to give me from the line, and I told him I didn’t want that steak because it was dry. He tried to tell me it had just come off the grill. That’s when the grill cook spoke up and said that the steak on the grill would be ready in 3 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting. I told him I’d gladly wait. Then as my bowl moves down the line, the lady at the register seems frustrated that I don’t want the dry steak and would rather wait. I don’t understand why at 1:00pm the entire line looks leftover from yesterday. This is a BUSY EXIT, the food should have definitely been fresher. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and simply wanted to wait for the meat off the grill, which apparently was asking for too much. Super disappointing. I left without anything

I got there at 17:24pm this evening 10/9 I wanted to try the carne asada but they were out I asked if they were going to make anymore I was told no I also asked if they're making anymore fajita vegetables and I was also told no there was no queso so Im not understanding why nothing fresh was being made i was the only one inside the restaurant you guys weren't busy.... You guys have to do better than what you're currently doing
