I ordered a cake for a birthday party online. I placed the order on Thursday. The cake was to be ready for pick up on Sunday afternoon. I walked in and was the only person in the place and they all seemed scared to help me. I couldn't understand them but they went to the back and said "hold on one second" I waited around for over 15 mins when it was a preordered item. Then it was wrong anyway. I ordered an all blue icing cake and it was red bordered. I will not be going back. I could tell they didn't have it fully ready for me to pick it up.

Went there for lunch and a lady working the drive thru yelled over to the poor guy working register and was being a b-itch to him. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior in a restaurant, especially a DQ. the owners should be ashamed bc I’m pretty sure the same woman has been described in other reviews and clearly they still let her work there.

This place is horrible. I mainly only eat breakfast here. The hash browns are always burnt my girlfriend gets the sausage biscuit bowl that has no onions in the description but is always loaded with onions. My kids sausage is almost always overcooked and the staff are not even remotely courteous usually shoving out the drive thru window without a single word
