The delivery guy that drives the blue avalanche for Mattoon Dominoes needs to slow it down a bit. I was pulling into my yard when he turned the corner way to fast and about hit me. Next time I will follow him and and let him know face to face which he won’t like.

This place has went down hill by far. Employees don’t know what they are doing half the time, management is a joke. Put me on hold after they messed up an order and I could hear them talking shit in the back.

I ordered a stuffed crust cheese large cheese pizza, and a thing of lava cakes, and two 2 liters, and the order I recieved came probably 10 minutes later like it was done cooked when I placed the order… And I had prepaid over the app (I believe) or possibly gave my daughter the cash to pay, so I didn’t check the food right away. I come into the kitchen, and… it’s a pizza with no stuff crust. And all kinds of stuff on it, that none of us will eat, and I call to have it replaced… and they tell me now all of a sudden it’ll be 50-75 minutes before I can have my food redelivered…. Smdh… so I listened to my kids starve and complainin about eating sandwiches for supper because i said I’d just order it some other time! And now they don’t even recall this happening!

Fast delivery, professional staff,sad that this store discontinued Chicken Carbonara. You can almost order similar in build your own. Minus 1 ingredient ?No option to pay extra for add ons.
Laura came and brought my pizza to my door - this is after a horrible DoorDash experience with McDonalds. She handled my food with care and even wrote a note on my receipt telling me she hopes the pizza helps cuz I’m sick. The pizza, sauce, and coke were much needed. Thank you for brightening my day!

Ordered delivery. I was the third in line according to watching the tracker. Their salads are completely overpriced, and they didn't have a lid. They only had a plastic frame melted film.
The picture attached should show how the "wings" I ordered were literally nothing but drumsticks. With very little sauce on them.
My sandwich was the best part, as it was created correctly and roasted appropriately, and the pizza was what you would expect from dominos.
I'm very happy that dominos still uses in house delivery, but the kitchen really underwhelmed me this evening.

Twice they messaged me 2 hours before my food came that they were pulling up at my house right now. I call and they put me on hold and will not answer. This is twice the same exact scenario played out.

What a disappointment! I'm a rewards member and when I asked for a small container of onion for my salad the manager said he couldn't (or wouldn't) do it. They should be grateful customers choose to spend their hard earned money at this establishment. I told him it was poor customer service and he walked away. Well I know my local Monicals will GIVE me onions if I ask for them so that's where I'll go.

Called and was told to call Charleston Domino's. Mattoon was closest location. Sadly didn't get service.
