The burger meat was so smashed you could see thru it. I've been here before and it was nothing like that. My strawberry shake was watery like it was melted. Won't be back

Why does it take 20 minutes to make 2 concretes? Also, the child at the drive thru assumed I was a senior citizen, only off by about 20 years. If you want to waste your time and feel insulted, this is the place to go!

I mean cmon yall this place is if culvers went on TRT the burgers are to die for the Freddy's jalapeño dipping sauce is heavenly and the cheese curds are bh far the best you can get from any fast casual restaurant. The workers are very chill but do a great job, overall 10/10 place

The staff were super rude and I found 3 hairs in my food but none of the managers or workers were wearing hair nets just super gross but food is good that's all

It was hot and it looked like some of the employees were covered in sweat because of how hot it was. Other than that food was great.

Haven’t been to Freddys a lot but each time the food is good and well prepared. The key lime concrete is great. Could use a bit more key lime over crust in the mix but that’s just a preference. Overall very good.

The brisket burger i got was just meh. Not very good beef flavor. Fries were a little disappointing. Took a while to get our food, and they were playing teenage new wave hip-hop, which destroyed the atmosphere of the decor.
You'd have a better everything at Steak and Shake.
