Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I ordered my sandwich with only onion and received a sandwich drowning in mustard. This is why I give 4 stars. The food tastes like any other burger place really, just the patties are much thinner at Freddy's. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, it was average and quiet.

The place was filthy, food all over the floors bathroom was really dirty. Employees were just standing around talking no body was cleaning anything. The old saying is, you got time to lean you have time to clean. Won't be back. My friend got some kind of sandwich and the whole bun was grease soaked not good at all.

I let the hair in my burger slide over a year ago, but tonight, the raw chicken is too much. Safe to say I won’t be back. I’m actually disappointed because I like the food.

Stopped in on an overnight stay, highly recommend, staff was good and food was extremely tasty, why go to other fast food places when this is about the same price and way better. Will stop again if we come back though in future.

I do Drive thru only. Fast friendly service,i don't know, Freddy seasoned fries. They're delish!! Um too expensive buyout far. It's just too expensive for the little meals to receive

The food is pretty good. My daughter loves the crispy chicken sandwich and chocolate shakes. I've tried the veggie burger and it was alright. It's good in a pinch, but more dairy free topping options would make it great. Vegan cheese and mayo would be phenomenal. The fries, tots, and onion rings are good too. We usually pick up in drive thru and the staff is nice enough, but we typically can tell customer service isn't their favorite thing. It is what it is though...fast food with mostly younger, inexperienced employees and a lot of us have been there before.

You know the food tast good but just a bunch of kids making the food. Staff making the food were playing around top much. The fries dumped on my plate ran greas all over the hamburgers were just as greasy. Why do they squish the hamburger flat? I feel the food was good but the staff and kid running need to have adult supervision and be more professional. The slop they put on my plate was just wrong. 2 of the employees did nothing but tell silly jokes the entire time.

I forgot to take a picture, but I had to give a shout out ( if that is still a thing to say that). In the area for a few days and stopped late in the evening for a burger and tots. I waited about five minutes in the drive up but so worth it! The food was fresh, hot and so good! The young man who took my order was cute and funny, I got a kick out of him. It was so good. I went back the next day for lunch. Again, the service was great. I had to wait a few minutes but so worth it. I guess that is a lesson for fast food joints and I did not know this about Freddy’s, you might have to wait a couple minutes to get your food, but it seems like it’s because they are making it as you order it not sitting around under lights. The only issue had nothing to do with the people running it. It has to do with the building designer. It happened to be raining the first evening I went. When my window was down to grab my drink then my order, the rain was dumping right into my car off the edge of the canopy.
