We went through the drive through and Kennedy greeted us with a welcoming smile. She took my rewards and flavor shot code and then we received our drinks and were on our way.

I have ordered from this business many times. In the past, it was no problem. Order the drink, pay the invoice, drink is delivered. I have never paid an invoice late or failed to pay one. Today, after ordering two drinks, only one was delivered, and it was to the wrong building. When I called about the problems, I was told I would receive a call back. I did not. When I called again, the woman insinuated that I was lying, said that I filled out the order sheet wrong, then stated that someone in my organization must have stolen the missing drink. All I wanted was a refund for the missing drink and maybe an "I'm sorry". Instead I got excuses, accusations, and a very thorough scolding from the woman that was in charge of the order. She did state that she moved into that position. I am not sure if this move was recent, but it seems like maybe it's a bit much for her. I hope she grows into it. In the meantime, I am done with this business. Mistakes happen, but responses like this are not the way to make it right. It is not ok to be rude after someone paid over seven dollars to get one drink.
Edit after owner response: The drink was not left at the elementary school. I called and asked. No one there saw it. Again, all I wanted was a refund for the drink we did not get. The woman was not nice, she was rude. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I will not be bothering you with another order. We looked forward to these every week, but it's not worth that kind of attitude when something goes wrong. I wish you the best and hope you can get back on track. Thank you for your time.

We didn't try the food, but they had great drinks. My goddaughter was somewhat disappointed. We were told they didn't carry what she wanted anymore. However, it was still listed on the menu.
I thought it was a place you could go in and sit down. It's a pick-up-and-go kind of place. It reminded me of being at a concession stand.

Every time I go here, I am just not impressed. I understand that these items take a while to make, but the wait is excessive, especially if you are the only one in line. In addition, a 16-oz "protein smoothing" with 1 whole banana costing $8.03 is ridiculous. It's absolutely ridiculous. I can get a banana protein smoothie from Smoothing King that's 40oz for just over $10, and it will taste a lot better than what I was served here.
