I go here almost every morning to get me some breakfast! My favorite thi g is the Hardee's breakfast platter! They always get my order right and the general manager Ashley treated me very kindly, and made sure Mt order was fresh amd hot! Everyone was friendly! Not like it used to be! Which is awesome because Hardee's breakfast is soo good when made right! Keep up the great work ya'll! I will visit again!

Lady at the front counter (Whitney)was awesome and was doing her best as it was really busy and she was the only one up there running front line and drive thru. However, the kids in the back making the food(Austin) was slamming things around and throwing the food up into the window. I understand frustration of being the only one back there but if it would have hit the floor he only would have had to remake it. Definitely needed more staff.

The food was fantastic, hot, and fresh. The staff was friendly and chill when taking our order. Plus, they were patient when they brought us our food, and we weren't ready.
Parking: The parking lot was practically empty which was good for us. Although the parking lot does have a decent amount of potholes.
Kid-friendliness: The staff was understanding of us bringing outside food since my son has a food allergy.

Seriously Hardee's are you that cheap you can't plow your driveway? You expect ppl to come eat at your restaurant, but you can't plow your parking lot or drive through? Wow you don't update your equipment or even fox it properly and you won't pay your employees and now this. Look just close your stores. Its all about the money and your barely making anything in mattoon il. Shame on you. The other fast food restaurant have blown you by. So sad. Not worth anything anymore

Don't know about the food but I just stood in middle of the front counter while 3 employees stood there talking the woman looked at me twice an never even said I word I left after 5 minutes being ignored like people who walk in are less important. There was no cars in line no other customers in the store

Ate breakfast at Hardees this morning. It was hot and fresh and very good. I had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and my husband had a sausage Frisco sandwich. Both were delicious!
