Ordered my food at 12:09 and didn’t get it until 1:05. Was updated at 12:26 saying that it was on the way. I live 5 blocks from the store. Terrible service.

Food is amazing, workers are nice. But, they either need to hire more drivers, or not offer delivery if it's going to take over an hour to deliver every single time we order. Management needs to do something.

Great food, but don't expect to "freak" if you buy it from this location. It took 1 hour for them to deliver 1 cold cut sandwich to me and I live about a mile away. Had a similar experience several months back. I have even ordered pickup from them and was standing there waiting for a while. It wasn't always this way so I'm not sure what changed. It's just par for the course at this location. I love Jimmy Johns, but will drive to Charleston Jimmy Johns if I really want it.

When I pulled up to the window, the male that took my order was not very happy or excited to be there and you could tell in his voice. I order, pull up to the window and pay. I leave with my ultimate porker sandwich and my cookie. I get back to work and my sandwich had like 2 pieces of meat on it, and a lick of Mayo. Didn't fill me up at all because of the lack of meat. Very disappointing.

i will never be ordering from here again. i placed a delivery order at 10:45 am said it was on its way by 11:05 and just got here. it is currently 11:53. meaning it took them a whole hour to deliver one sandwich to me. i am perfectly fine with waiting but when they have it posted on the building that they are “freaky fast” it’s frustrating.

This place was freaky SLOW. Never in life have I waited so long. If I wouldn't have paid for mobile order already I definitely would have left. At your own risk.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered an unwich and potato salad. I got a full sandwich and chips. Got all the way back to work, sat down to eat, and realized it was way wrong. You need a screen t the drive thru so people can verify their order.

order for delivery placed at 11:30.. 30 min to make the order -generous amount of time estimated. so that would put it at 12 then delivered by what 12:45-1pm? nope not with this store… i called at 1 to see if it would be here soon”we’re behind.” ok i knew that much. not helpful. got here at 1:30pm

I was first drive-thru customer on Sat., Aug. 3. I stated that my order would all be Little John size sandwiches. Discovered when I arrived at lunch site that I was given regular size. Please teach your young staff to pay attention to detail.
