Ordered a 18 piece box to take to a gathering. Instead of the nice presentation box where you can view each sandwich, I got a box full of 18 wrapped mini-sandwiches with no markings as to which of the 6 sandwich choices were in each package. At the gathering, people were having to open each package to find a sandwich they liked. It was a mess!

Really like this Jimmy John, food always good, but can’t understand why the drive-through menu board cannot get fixed. It’s ridiculous that I have to use my light on my iPhone to read the menu board every Wednesday night when I go there after church. Lantern‘s outside on front patio never lit and there is a light on the inside that I am watching that has been burned out for weeks. Surely there is a good electrician in Mattoon Illinois!!!

Watched the guy i paid in the drive thru not change his gloves he was wearing while taking my payment and using cash register, go over and make my sandwiches wearing same gloves. Gross. What's the point in the gloves then? I'd rather use your bare hands and just wash them in between.

Worst Jimmy Johns I've ever ordered from. Took 41 minutes to get my sandwich out the door, then 30 minutes to deliver it. It is one mile to my house. My toasted sandwich was cold and soggy and my drink had almost no ice left. This place is full of either lazy or incompetent employees. Or both. For the price I spent on a sandwich, bag of chips, and a watered down drink, I could have got an 8 ounce filet at Alamo steak house. This place sucks.
I love Jimmy Johns, but I will not be ordering from this location again. Almost evertime I oder from them either an item I ordered is missing food or a sandwich is missing ingredients. This time it was a loaf of french bread. How do you forget something that literally is larger that the bag itself? And calling them does no good. I ordered potato salad onetime didn't receive it and called. An hour later I called because they had not come back to give me the item as they said when I called them. They left the potato salad infront of my door with not even so much as a knock. Avoid this location until someone at the company decides to actually start caring at this store.

Great food, but don't expect to "freak" if you buy it from this location. It took 1 hour for them to deliver 1 cold cut sandwich to me and I live about a mile away. Had a similar experience several months back. I have even ordered pickup from them and was standing there waiting for a while. It wasn't always this way so I'm not sure what changed. It's just par for the course at this location. I love Jimmy Johns, but will drive to Charleston Jimmy Johns if I really want it.

When I pulled up to the window, the male that took my order was not very happy or excited to be there and you could tell in his voice. I order, pull up to the window and pay. I leave with my ultimate porker sandwich and my cookie. I get back to work and my sandwich had like 2 pieces of meat on it, and a lick of Mayo. Didn't fill me up at all because of the lack of meat. Very disappointing.
