Always loved these classics hot n ready after a good days shopping. Can expect an off day from the cook (over periods if time) but after third visit! Burnt..chewy..taste old. These were my favorite crusts etc NOT ANYMORE!

They're a bit rough in there. Probably best to get a Hot n Ready through drive thru and leave. 😰

Ordered food and was given a time to pick up. 20 minutes after said time, we went in to check on the order that they said theyd bring out to us. It still wasnt ready and they refused to let my 4 year use the bathroom. Finally 40 minutes after we arrived, i had to go in again to get the order which they put in the rack instead of bringing it out. When i complained, the manager didnt even want to deal with me, was hostile and threatened to remove me from the store. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MATTOON IL

Got 3 hot and readys and crazy bread. Terry was amazing and made sure I got everything fresh. I will only go there when he is working! Give him a raise!

Very small place. They have a batch of bags straight out of the box on the table next to the soda cooler where they have customers retrieve and bag their items as well

what i would assume is the manager, she is yelling and cussing up a storm while i’m sitting in the lobby. very unprofessional.

I rarely buy Little Caesars, but I was excited to try their Twix Brownie & stuff bacon cheese puffs. So I brought 2 Twix Brownie, but only received 1.

Pizza was delicious, but when you order and pay for a extra most bestest cheese pizza and get home to see you got just a regular cheese pizza is a big irritating. I called and was told that the general manager made it so there's no way it would have been made wrong. This was also the first time I have ordered around lunchtime. I never have had this problem and I order pizza all the time. So I would order later in the day if

Little Caesars is a good choice for people who are looking for both good pizza and affordable prices. While I like Papa John's and Dominos, they can't beat Little Caesars. If you haven't gotten pizza here yet, you should definitely check it out. One more thing: their bread sticks are some of the best around, truly AMAZING!!!

Was told my order was still in the oven and told to pull forward. 25 minutes later someone comes out and is like “umm what are you waiting for?”

UPDATE: ordered a pizza online 6/8 and showed up, got in line and got a notification the pizza was done. Line did not move for 15 minutes. My wife got out of our car, went inside and got the pizza. The line was still not moving when we left. She said there was 3 girls standing there looking at the oven. This place has gone downhill so fast. Next time I’ll drive to Charleston and get my pizza there.
