The lunch portions and lower prices are fantastic. Delicious food is brought to the table piping hot. Rolls are excellent. Nice sized side salad. Good service. Great experience overall. Nice mood music to fit an Italian restaurant.

Used their delivery service for the first time tonight. The food was hot, fresh, and amazing as usual. I had their lasagna with alla panna sauce and a Caesar salad. They sent hot, fresh rolls with our three dinners. Highly recommend.

We were with a somewhat large group and they put everyone on the same ticket. Not good 😐 You weren't able to see what you were paying for or if they had already included a gratuity.

Lol. I had eggplant parmesan. Eggplant, spaghetti, diced tomatoes. I could have cooked the dish in the time it took to drive there, order, and wait. Ingredients? About 1/10 of an eggplant, sliced super thin, breaded. A serving spaghetti. Half a can diced tomatoes, salt. Seriously, guys. There's a dozen wonderful herbs that turn edible into delicious. These folks used none of them. The tomatoes were good. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked. My husband's veal parmesan was also bland. The veal was good, he said, but where's the herbs???

Typically we have loved the food and service here. Last week my daughter ordered online. My son-in-law went to picked it up at the designated time. Not ready. Waited 45 more minutes until it was ready. Brought it home and my dinner was missing. We called the restaurant and asked that the dinner be delivered. They said that we would have to pay the delivery charge. When we asked that the meal be refunded, they said that they couldn’t do that and we would need to go through the company they use to place online orders. After several attempts to reach the online ordering company, they finally reached Luigi’s and my daughter’s money was refunded. Although we all love their food, they lost our business due to the poor customer service that evening. Hopefully a lesson was learned that evening and their business can move forward with quality customer service.
