Typically we have loved the food and service here. Last week my daughter ordered online. My son-in-law went to picked it up at the designated time. Not ready. Waited 45 more minutes until it was ready. Brought it home and my dinner was missing. We called the restaurant and asked that the dinner be delivered. They said that we would have to pay the delivery charge. When we asked that the meal be refunded, they said that they couldn’t do that and we would need to go through the company they use to place online orders. After several attempts to reach the online ordering company, they finally reached Luigi’s and my daughter’s money was refunded. Although we all love their food, they lost our business due to the poor customer service that evening. Hopefully a lesson was learned that evening and their business can move forward with quality customer service.

We eat here regularly and love Luigi’s! They have a wide variety of Italian dishes that are very good. The Wife loves the Belisimo Special and the Tortellini Ala Panna, which I love as well, but I like trying something different each time I visit and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Tortellini Siciliano, Shrimp Picosso, Spaghetti Special, anything I try I come out saying “that was sooo delicious!” And they have some really nice wines. Oh, and the desserts are so good!! To me this is a can’t miss place whether you like spaghetti and meat balls or something different. Just go!!

The rolls were incredible and the service was great. My oldest enjoyed her kids chicken tenders. My youngest thought the spaghetti was too bland, My wife thought her manicotti was too bland, and I thought my stromboli was too bland. Overall, we would come back and try it again just for the rolls.
Kid-friendliness: The kids chicken tenders were just like how my daughter wants them and she fell in love with the rolls.

i eat in and order from here about every other week and ive only had great experiences. the dining area is very welcoming, the staff has always been respectful and courteous, and the food is reliably the best part of Luigis. would recommend the "Lucky Guess" house special. 10/10 will continue to dine here regularly.

Came in and asked for a specialty pizza that they have all the ingredients for, and they just said, "nah we're not making that", and it was literally just a New York style white pizza nothing ridiculous.

There were 3 of us on Labor Day. There were a few other guests when we arrived about 5:30. This was our first visit and we didn’t know what to expect, but we each had a delicious and enjoyable experience. The waitress and atmosphere of Luigi’s were wonderful for a very tasty meal and dinner conversation. Before we finish our meal several other diners came in and the noise level always remained pleasant. We live 45 miles away but will definitely return!
