Very depressing atmosphere, we got the 16” Cheese pizza. Very thin crust, crust tasted terrible, service was bad, our server was rude, the bread was bland, and we were given dirty plates. The pizza was worse than a frozen pizza and it tasted like something you’d get at Papa John’s. I would not recommend coming here at all.

Everything we had was amazing! Portions were very good and the flavors were incredible! I'm not normally a huge Italian food fan but could eat this once a week. If you're ever visiting the area, like we were, you HAVE to eat here.

Nicely done Italian food with a lot of gluten free options, including at least one baked item (which is not often offered as GF). I don't know when I'd be in Mattoon again, but I would certainly make it a point to eat here.Dietary restrictions: Ask for gluten free guidance.

This place was very simple. Nothing that stood out to me. The bread was nice and warm though. Def needed the butter to give it some taste. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. It was very average. Other folks in my group enjoyed it excited for one. Not sure If they were having a bad day, but if I ever come back here. I will go ahead and give it a try.

Food was decent for local Italian. Plain salad but good dressing. Flavorful pasta. Good, warm rolls. Well made tiramisu. Coffee came half way through dessert with no cream until after. Very strong smelling cleaning solution -- overpowering end of the meal. Waitress did not clear a single plate until we had a small mountain of dirty plates stacked up on half the table.
