This McDonald’s very nasty . Wouldn’t recommend going. I ordered quarter pounder the nasty old oil they scrape off was on the burger . It was drench in oil. The most nastiest experience of my life.
Crystal the manager was rude and racist! I will be calling corporate! I placed an order with a cashier and they were out of orange juice. Long story short, instead of getting water, I filled my cup with lava orange drink and offered to pay through the cashier that took my order. Crystal didn’t know what was going on because she was working drive through but looked at my receipt and yelled to the cashier that I didn’t pay for the drink. McDonald's offers a mixed experience. While the employees are often super nice and efficient, the cleanliness of the location can be a concern. The women's restroom sink is still broken from last year, and the restaurant's cleanliness needs attention. The ice cream machine hasn't been working for a couple of months; there are no ice creams or frappés this summer. Additionally, some customers have reported dirty conditions inside, including unclean tables and restrooms. On the plus side, food is served in a timely manner, and some items, such as fries, can be good. Food always comes out hot and cooked right, and the fries and ice cream cones are favorites. However, there have been instances where sandwiches and fries are not hot, and the quality of food can vary. The staff remains very nice and polite, providing fast service whether dining inside or through the drive-thru. Parking is ample for everyone.
