Got here at 4:30, finally told them I had a mobile order at 4:50, we get to the window to pick up our food at 5, they don’t know what we have. After telling them we get pulled for 25 mins, just for them to come back outside at 5:25 asking what order we were waiting on. My grill ticket was printed at 5:04. I was missing a whole order of fries. It’s just annoying that any McDonalds near this one is all the same.🤷🏼♀️

This McDonald's is in need of major help. Building roof leaks anytime it rains there's buckets everywhere through the walkway. The only reason we stop there is the convince of location on our trip. Today we stopped in at 7:15am. Both my husband and I ordered steak egg and cheese bagels, his he got an extra egg, I requested light butter extra onion. There were only two employees when we walked in, two more came in as we did. Empoyee who appeared to be manager asked the girl to take our order, she walked up to counter putting on her apron, then took our order. The young man who came in with her was the one who prepared our food he did everything right except they had no onions, so he just didn't put any on either one. When I received my food I opened both bagels and let the counter girl know there were on onions. His comment was there's not any cooked. I understand places not having enough coverage however they open at 5:30am, to not have the proper items ready over an hour after opening and to just try and send the food out incorrectly is inexcusable. I watched him send out two other bagels through the drive thru with no onions as well. People are aggravated how prices are increasing on everything. To spend $20 on breakfast is frustrating enough, but for them to deliberately send orders out wrong is uncalled for.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with one slice of cheese and extra onion. I got very little onion. So I went back in POLITELY and let her know I did not get extra on my sandwich. Instead of grilling more onion for the extra and re.aking my food she gives me a box of raw onion! Seriously! I took pictures! All because she found out I used to work there as a manager she made a remark "I have heard about you" done customer service! I was a manager here and the basement has MOLD they DO NOT clean thier hoods on the grills!!! Fryers do not get filtered daily like they are supposed to! This building NEEDS to be shut down! They must be paying off the health department! I have pictures of this mold! From when I was management!!!

It's 7:10am on 12/13/2024 and the store isn't even open....I drive a trash truck for a living and this is the nearest place to have breakfast without having to go miles off my route, I'm glad I decided not to use the mobile app to place my order today like I've done before because I don't even know what I'd have to do get the money refunded. There's not even a note on the door stating they'd be closed today or any reason given for it. Completely ridiculous!!!!

Lobby was closed. I am a semi driver . I went there at the window for placing order . These guys refused to take an order and gave me an useless reason for safety. When questioned them how this is a safety issue . They said nothing just refused take an order . If any semi driver want to waste time j go there .

We ordered drive thru...waited and waited for our food. They gave us our drinks with straws that were crushed, so we couldn't get a drink. We tried our fries and they had put fresh hot fries on top of nasty cold fries that were salty as hell. Paid almost $20 for cold food..and drinks were couldn't drink until we got different straws or cups. Won't do that again!

I've been going to this McDonalds since 2004. It has always been nice and quieter inside, clean, and staffed with cordial workers. Food always comes out hot and cooked right too. Love the fries and the ice cream cones here, but anything else I've ever ate at this location has been better than at most McDonalds in my travels.
