In town for a wedding and had no idea where to grab lunch. I'm sick of McDonald's, Arby's, Taco Bell and all of the other big chains. I saw a line of cars at this place and gave it a try... and I'm glad I did!!! Great burger. I got a double cheeseburger and added mayo and lettuce. It was perfect. I wish this Mc was a big chain that I could find elsewhere.

Hotter, Faster, Better. Their advertisements speak the truth. In my opinion, these are the best burgers around. If I'm in Mattoon or Charleston, you can bet I'll be stopping by here. I personally recommend the Big Q.

Service was ok but my sandwich did not have any mustard no ketchup and a small pea size amount of mayo ! Really???? So cold the cheese was not even melted at all. Lunch on Sunday March 23 ,’25 I have pictures !!! Rediculous!!! $8 for a drink n hamburger n that’s what u get!!! Not the first time it’s happen . I guess they’re trying to save money??? Bullshit!
Great service, the associates are always nice, they are extremely quick with getting orders out, and I have NEVER received a messed up order from them:)
