Ordered a large sausage pizza tonight. When it was delivered, it was left downstairs in my apartments foyer area outside the main door. No one called me to let me know. The pizza was ice cold and brown. Also a lot of the pizza was like cardboard, with very minimal cheese in some area of the pizza. I have never had bad service here.

Every time I come in I’m greeted and treated greatly. Staff is very helpful & the managers are super kind & always willing to fix any problem that might arise. Definitely recommend this papa john’s

We did delivery and that all went well it was door dash. Driver did a good job. Now food not so good ! In fact crappy! Pizza was so thin and almost tasted raw and was so limp could hold it! Won’t go back for a long long time if ever! I hate giving bad reviews but thought they should know plus 6.00 delivery fee? Ridiculous!😩😡

Terrible experience. Ordered a large Philly cheesesteak plus mushrooms stuffed crust pizza for delivery, paid 35.00 after delivery and tip and received a cold pizza with barely anything on on but cheese! Called to complain and sat on hold for 30 mins. This place used to be awesome but now it's definitely not worth spending your money on. Skimpy ingredients at a premium price with NO CUSTOMER service! You deserve minus 5 stars!!

They were kind of rude to my husband and did not communicate that they were behind on orders. Pizza was pretty good though and they gave us lots of extra dipping sauces. Jalapeños were SPICY. Would order again.

The pizza is pretty good. I've been satisfied every time I've gotten it. On the first Tuesday of the month they have Customer Appreciation Day, which is a nice deal. That's one of the best times to get pizza there for sure.

Spoke with "Alex" the shift manager i believe, was told that I hadn't been waiting that long for my food and that it was just passed up because they were too busy. Ordered via phone. Some one that barely spoke english took my order. Sait it woud be ready in about 20 minutes. Went into the store to pick up the order about 30 minutes later, and they hed no record of it in the system. They said they could have it ready in about 15 minutes. Put my order in for 2 large pizzas, and came up to $43.00! Left and went to Little Ceasars and paid $22.00 for the exact same order. Never going to this place again! Poor service and outrageous prices.
