Very bad place to eat, there were like 2 people working, most of the drive-thru machines weren't working, they took a long time and I got tired and went to Arby's. The other people in the parking lot were leaving the store because they were late.
This deserves a NO STARS!! They are rude!!! So I wanted breakfast and choose Sonic but when I pulled up to the drive thru all the lady said was “Thanks for choosing Sonic” that’s it so I thought that maybe their speaker had cut off so I waited a little to see if they would say something else. And the lady said again “Thanks for choosing Sonic”. I thought she would say may I take your order but nothing. so I just started to order my breakfast burrito and they told me my total before I was done ordering and I told them that I wasn’t done ordering and the lady yells “WELL GO ON THEN” very rudely so now I will choose and recommend McDonald’s to anyone that wants better service

I went to sonic today in savoy after getting cancer treatment at christie clinic. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo w/drink that's all. Two cars ahead of me in drive thru. I got to windows 10 mins later,decided I needed another burger added to my order when I got to the windows. My guy tells me I have to go back around and order from the drive up menu.😡😡 Looked in rear view mirror and saw a line of cars,even offered to pay then pull to the side,but no,couldn't do it. Whattt.

This is probably the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Stay way. Food is way overcooked and it took over 30 minutes for my food to come out after ordering. Staff were unresponsive, I waited so long that they had no idea I was there. Don't go here.
I ordered a burger and it came out with a long black hair in it. This is disgusting. All they did was take it back and remake it didn’t even ask if I wanted it or something different or anything. Then they messed up my son’s order also.

This sonic needs some serious help. Every time go there literally every time there is some kind of major issue. For instance being open as the biggest problem. Unusually long wait times 30 minutes+ even where I'm the only customer. Not being able to accept a form of payment which baffles me how this is a thing.
