I visit several Starbucks. Of all the ones I've visited, the Mattoon Starbucks have the most pleasant staff I have ever encountered. I will give a shout out to Chelsea. Y'all need to give her a raise. Her customer service skills are AMAZING. I'm not even in the area every week, but she not only remembers my name, she knows my order by heart. INCREDIBLY busy (Labor Day Sunday), but drink and food quality were 100%. Not as quick as usual, but with the crowd, both inside and the drive through, the service was absolutely great. And the person who took my order set my expectations well.
