My wife picked up our food in the drive-thru, which took forever, even though they were not busy almost making her late to meet her son for lunch at school. Once she got to the school, we realized that they had completely made my sandwich wrong. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back and fix it. So this is not our first bad experience here, which is unfortunate because a year ago, it was a great place. I'm not sure what changed.

It's my favorite sandwich shop in town after the Subway further south on Lakeland Blvd closed down a long time ago. I only go here twice a year but every time the service is friendly and the food is made to order perfectly. Cold subs or hot ones, they do it right. I always get a steak on white with some raspberry white chocolate chip cookies, the combo that never fails me for a quick stop and bite.

Parking: Many spaces on the north and west side of building but some days can fill up during lunch hour

Great food and service. The chicken and cheese dippers with the creamy sriracha with a footlong sidekick pretzel with cheddar cheese dip was great. The special instructions were followed as well.

The All-American club is my favorite. Subway also has some pretty good coupons. I used one where I could get a free footlong if I bought a footlong and a drink.

Food was normal but the service tonight sucked terribly!! Roughly 3 minutes before anyone said anything. 5 people working and not 1 could say hello or we will be with you shortly... notta! Tables were dirty, tea was empty. Hopefully this crew is paid bare minimum as that's what kind of service they provided tonight.

We Came in and it was very loud. We get up there the bread guy was friendly. We get to the section where you get your veggies, the employee ask my son a Questions and he couldn't hear her, he said what? She Rudely (snotty) remark what do you want! I kept calm, but literally I wanted to correct her. I kept calm and silent. But, when she wanted to be snotty to me. ( I have 15 years of customer service.) I USED my manager voice. We have plenty of options to go back home charleston Or 2 other locations in the area. I am sure this location is Busy. As I watched, as we sat inside. You have no problem with sales. How many other customers who had to deal with the same attitude. The, last employee we dealt with when we paid. Seems more like a manager, or supervisor. She was very patient, kind, very well with her customer service skills. ( this bothered my son, that he did bring it up at the table.) We need to realize, her problem isn't our problem. How she treated up, seems more a her problem. Maybe. It needs addressed? Retrained,? Because, whatever the reason was or is. She needs to be heard. Being over worked? Training new people? Whatever the reason is. She is the face of your store. Anyways. I give you the 2 stars for the 2 employees we delt with. Our food was sloppy and she put way too much sauces.. so, our food sucked. Just getting 2 - 6' and 2 drinks was $24.00s. Next time, we won't go to this store. Thanks
