I just moved to town, and I’ve already been to this Subway several times. The workers are always kind, courteous, and deliver amazing service. My food is always perfect, and I never have to wait long. As someone in the service industry, I know how important it is to make the customers feel comfortable and like they belong. This amazing staff always delivers the utmost perfect customer service! Thank you all, and I can’t wait to come back.
Carlyn made my sandwich, and I have to say DAYUMMMMM that was a good Sammy and she’s so beautiful, and hard working, and brilliant. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Excellent! Deserves a $10 raise.
My wife picked up our food in the drive-thru, which took forever, even though they were not busy almost making her late to meet her son for lunch at school. Once she got to the school, we realized that they had completely made my sandwich wrong. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back and fix it. So this is not our first bad experience here, which is unfortunate because a year ago, it was a great place. I'm not sure what changed.
