Stopped at about 12:30pm on a Sunday, driving home. No one at counter. Rang the bell, nobody. Asked the clerk at the convenience store and he said 'dunno, they go missing over there a lot'. No skin off our noses, plenty of places to eat out there that are capable of selling food, even if this place isn't.

Alyssa Hall refused to serve me at 7:47pm tonight. I asked for two meatball subs and she said they were frozen and I said this is the second time this has happened. She said that she “just ran out.” I told her that she was lying and that she is shutting down early because she also shut the oven down behind her.. she said “the oven is overheating.” I told her is wasn’t and I would like her name. She refused to give me her name. I said that I was reporting the incident and asked again what her name was. Then she told me it was “none of my business” and that she was refusing service and said I needed to leave then processed walked away.
This happened a few weeks ago with the same worker after my husband placed an online order. She didn’t make the meatball sub we ordered and didn’t toast the steak and cheese.
I understand closing early 30min to close and you’re not busy but this is unacceptable.

Traveling from Indiana to Texas our youth group wanted Subway. Brought in 15 people and KUDOS TO JILLIAN! She was calm, respectful, diligent, and took care of us all by herself with no mistakes. You have an amazing employee there and should provide her with something to help with the flying insects. At no fault of hers, the flies/gnats were a little annoying. Yet she still made our experience at your restaurant perfect! THANKS, JILLIAN!

I don't want to even give them a star. We came with ten ppl. There was 3 employees working and 1 doing sandwiches. It wasn't until 4 more ppl showed up that another employee came to help. I wanted onions and was told she hasn't had time to do them. Mind you, there was no one in thge store when we came. The lettuce was brown so I asked for different lettuce and she took it out and then put it back and continued to use the brown lettuce. Worst service I have ever Had at a subway.
