Excellent and fresh food. Better than our hometown Subway restaurant. All food was covered with glass until she made a sandwich. The server was fabulous. She explained our options and had suggestions for meals, sandwich toppings and salad variations. We travel in this direction often and would definitely stop here again for gas, potty and Subway! Our server's name is unknown but her employee number is 1968.

We have 3 subways in town, this being the only drive through. I had surgery on my throat monday and subway has been the only soft thing ive been able to eat. I went this morning to try and eat something. Ordered a veggie delite with triple chese. I paid for extra and got less than usual. On top of that I had no ranch which I also ordered. The bread CRUMBLED in my hands. Literally. It was so stale that it broke in half. I have been eating subway bc of their soft bread, i thought this might be a fluke. So I touched my neices bread as well, which was wheat and I had gotten white. Her bread crumbled just like mine. So I called and was trying to explain when the manager started to yell at me! Mind you I can barely speak, and I was being so polite. I dont know if something went wrong with the panning of the bread but there is no excuse for yelling at a customer.

It's a Subway. In a Phillips 66 station. So, you can get gas with your food. Near I-57 entrance/exit ramps means easy on/off access.

The employees were great. I got what I ordered in great time. There were a couple hiccups but it was amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone at Lakeland!

They are always slow on everything, 98% of the time your food will be made wrong, and make sure you watch them put new gloves on before they make your sandwhich. We watched a girl make a sandwhich after she just counted money and wiped the crumbs of the counter and never changed her gloves. Call and complain you might say? Yes I did that and after three days of waiting on a call back the district manager said she would send coupons out in the mail to us. After a month and half and still waiting..!! Not a clean place and not managed worth a crap.
