Very loud don't think the person that designed it know what they where doing. You can hear everything they say in the cook area. They where talking about how you have to wash your hands before putting gloves on.

Went thru drive thru tonight ordered a party pack of 12 crunchy taco supremes and did not get the supremes after paying for them I live out of town so imagine my surprise can’t call them to try to make it right cause it goes to a fax machine

My fiance and I went into taco bell tonight and ordered around $40 worth of food for ourselves and the kids. I am an AGM in the food industry and take my job seriously, so I respect when others do so as well. Tonight was overall an amazing experience! They were very polite, patient, and very fast service. Doing all this while a young man was training a fellow member on the register. Plus the food was amazing!! Well done taco bell, definitely stepping up your game!

Buyers be ware Paid for a large drink was given a medium. Imagine asking for sauce for your burritos Unheard of. That's rights asked for sauce showed up on board as ordered but none in the bag. Speaking of none in the bag not a single napkin in the bag. Guess they think just wipe any kind of mess up with imagination like the imaginary sauces
Was out of steak for burrito supreme Was out of syrup for the cherry drink
All in all I'll drive to Charleston, Effingham, Decatur or champagne terrible service an out of what I wanted.

Order took 35 minutes even though I ordered ahead. Employees were very rude and yelling at each other. I witnessed an employee be extremely rude to a costumer who asked very nicely for an item that she was missing. No one was watching the front counter so many people were standing there 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged them. Just really poor service.

Changed their hours without letting anyone know. Ordered online at 8 and was expecting to get it when I got there at 8:10. At almost 8:40 someone finally answered the speaker letting me know they changed their hours. I would've left like the 10 other people who did if I didn't already fully pay for my food.
