My daughter and I have been wanting to try. Always looks good in pictures. Went on Valentines Day. Service excellent, waitress was very bubbly. Issue was with food. Maybe because of the holiday they made prior but it tasted old. Hushpuppies almost burnt and dry, lemon fish was very dry even corn was dry, stale. I then resorted to pizza, because I love their pizza when picking up. Not good. Please revamp the buffet somehow. We have been waiting since your old place was out of service to visit again but at this time we will not return.

We went on a Friday for the afternoon buffet with an hour left.. we were told fried chicken would be available but when we asked we were told no more of it.. most of the food was lukewarm And processed. waitress/host brought out a big bag of salad, dumped it in, used the plastic bag in hand to spread it evenly, then kept the same bag in hand with moisture to wipe off the buffet edges. Cooks were going into supply closet with gloves on, as they touched everything with gloves on then back to the food. The old Buffett I remember was much better and the staff was better trained on proper food service.

We had the worst service ever at Villa Pizza today. When we walked in there were a few tables with customers
We walked in at 2:03, ordered drinks, salad and pizza. After 20 minutes of sitting, Chris asked where our salad was? The waitress went and checked and said it will be in a couple of minutes. By this time, we were the only ones in the dining section. After 45 minutes and as they brought a pizza to a customer came in after us, they brought his medium pizza out. We got up and asked for our bill, told the gal that we had been there for almost an hour, had to ask for our salad after 20 minutes
Never once did they come to check on our drinks.
Our waitress that took our order left, never said anything to us. The other waitress was more worried about sweeping the floor and refilling the salad bar that no one was eating from.
I had also Used the restroom when we first got there. The toilet paper holder was for 2 rolls, they both were empty. I told one of the waitresses, she said we have been slammed, I will get to it. I am sorry, women need toilet paper now, not in a few minutes. Plus there is no way they had went through 2 rolls from the time that they opened to 2:03 pm

Nice place We've been there twice. Food is pretty good. Both times service was poor. Little pricey
Waitress was fantastic salad bar was good my pizza was made wrong the couple behind us they forgot to make there's waitress gave me half off told me the kitchen has been messing up a lot.

The food is so good! Great pizza, and now new deserts....Every time we go the food does not let you down. Cherry pizza!!! So amazing! The buffet is really good. Although there needs to be a sign to customers about using a different plate ?. Can't believe one needs the reminder. But anyway keep up the good work!!!!

Great little pizza shop they recently have moved to a bigger location. For the deal it's great price and delicious pizza. My favorite topping is there real cut up bacon.
