I was so disappointed in the pizza I got last night. They usually have good pizza with a delicious sauce. But yesterday I got a pizza that appeal to be reheated in the oven. The sauce was dry. The top was burnt, and the pizza was cold. I was hungry and ate the pizza anyway, because I was hungry, And the sauce gave me heartburn because it was caked on the pizza after they recooked the pizza. I called the next day to tell them about it, and I was nice about it and told her if she is busy to go-ahead and take the order, she had online. She refused and I told her my complaint. She as very nasty and rude and told me in a very sarcastic way, that why didn't I call yesterday, and she don't know what I want because she can't give me a refund. I told her I don't want a refund I just don't want them to deliver recooked pizza to me because the sauce gave me very bad heartburn, she was rude and I asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. I asked for her name, and she gave me two names that resemble the first name. So, I knew she was lying. All I wanted was to tell them not to send me recooked pizza because of the sauce. And she was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. So, beware of this place, I'm a good customer that always order a lot from them and did not deserve to be treated that way. I won't be doing business with them anymore because this is not the way you treat a devoted customer.
