I have tried to give this Wendy’s a chance multiple times but it always seems to be a disappointment. I was in line with my boyfriend for 2 drinks and there was a car in front of us and behind us. Our window was down and the car’s cigarette ashes in front of us got all over us and we had to wait 20 minutes for two drinks when barely any one was in line. This Wendy’s is going on my ban list and it should be on everyone else’s too.

Get rid of Miranda Welsh. She's rude and disrespectful then wants to cry to management when someone gives her an attitude back. I was going to buy food for my family of 7 but after her rude comment when I was trying to be nice, I probably won't be returning.

Went back once to get my boyfriends burger they forgot and the systems were mainly down with 3 people working. Went home to heat up the food I got myself just to realize it was my boyfriends burger. We got separate meals with separate names so there was no way I should have gotten his food. I don't even want to go back because when I first got my food they almost forgot to give it to me and didn't even give me a straw, I had to take my boyfriends straw from his frosty and of course no spoons!! The burger isn't even that good and has no lettuce, Wendy's if you are going to have something big collab with you, you need to get your act straight and work your job.

Service has improved immensely. Breakfast crew are a good bunch. Food and service is a hit and miss. I use the mobile app and pick it up in the drive thru. Very convenient.

Worst service I have ever seen. Completely ignoring customers, substituting whatever food they felt like for doordash orders. Down right disrespectful employees, while the manager on duty stood there and laughed.

My bun was hard as a rock and the food was cold. It was fast service but food was awful. There was mustard all over the wrapping as well. I dont put mustard on my sandwich.

I live in the area and will grab Wendy's for a quick lunch or if I'm feeling lazy for dinner. About 1/3 of the times I've ordered here, there has been something wrong with my order (room-temp food, missing items). I'm scared to bring it up to the staff to rectify, because each time I have previously, I've been accused of lying and berated by a staff member, and some of the older women who work here are very confrontational. Most of the time they were able to get me my food, but it's never been a "Oh my God, I'm sorry we made a mistake, let me fix that for you," it's always "theres no way in hell we put the wrong sandwich in that bag." I just want the food I paid for :(
I went 10/8 Got the kraby patty meal. $11.41. Cheeseburger a little thousand island dressing. French fries so salty couldn’t eat. No pineapple frosty 😞. One star
