This is now the second time I placed an order and paid online only to drive all the way to the restaurant and they closed yet listed as opened every where. The number listed doesn’t work which mean I will have to take a chance at driving all the way back out here to get my $30 refund. It’s not like I was compensated for this happening before so it’s definitely on me for reading the room wrong and patronizing them again.

I missed this place. I drove the way from the city to eat chicken factory. Chicken thighs and legs are my must ! This time I didn’t order gizzards but those are my favorite from this place

Ordered online and I think that was the first mistake. They encourage online ordering to get points but then there are additional fees just for ordering. I purchased 2 meals at $39. Asked that the fish and chicken be fried hard with lemon pepper. Paid the extra $2 per meal for honey BBQ sauce on the side. I got soft fish and chicken with NO lemon pepper and no sauce on the side. But something told me to grab some of the condiments that were off to the side on the counter. When I got home I had to add MY Own lemon pepper and the mild sauce I got off the counter from the free condiment section at the store. Also I was supposed to get a free order of fries for signing up for the rewards. Nope didn’t get that either. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the food but the young man at the counter was very nice and had a welcoming smile on his face.

I visited the establishment in Maywood, IL for the 1st time on Tuesday, it was nice and clean. My order was taken by Trell and his customer service was outstanding. I had a few questions about their catering packages. The gentleman was patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a smile. Afterwards I ordered Cat Fish and Chicken Wings. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. They've definitely earned my business. I'll see you again soon. ☺️

The Food and customer service here is AMAZING! Jayven was super nice and helpful with my order. The wing combo is delicious and the desserts are to die for! I also have purchased the party trays in the past and they are well priced and a decent serving. I would highly recommend!

I personally have watched this restaurant open and grow, the food is excellent and customer service staff, are very polite and friendly, making the Chicken ? Factory worth the wait on the delicious food and will have you coming back for more. I guarantee, I'm Mr. Love and I approve of the Chicken Factory.

To be rocket #30 on today and paid 28$ for some food just to get fish that taste like the grease is old and chicken to taste the same is insane and to only get a clamp full of fries they must’ve ranned out . Yall want people business but can’t do right by the people that’s buying the food by simply changing the grease… I would never again these reviews must be by employees or something cause no way they have 4.6 ratings
