Came last night with my sister and it was by far the worst chicken I’ve ever had ! I could tell they haven’t changed the grease probably all week. The chicken AND the biscuits were hard as a rock! The macaroni tasted like water and the okra was disgusting. We ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged! 0/10

Words cannot express how disappointed I was when I bit into a piece of chicken that I purchased from this FAKE Churches. I have been visiting this establish.ent for over 25 years a d this is the 1st time that I can say that SOMETHING AIN'T RIGHT. It is NOT the same Churches that we all know and love. UNFORTUNATELY, I will NEVER visit this place again. The chicken has NO SEASONING and the corn is in a cup. I'M DONE!!!!

Hello, I went to this facility 10/31 order the 2 piece with biscuit and pepper and okra .I than order three piece thighs leg and breast and 1apple pie and 2 pepper. I asked the guy did he put okra in box he said yes my fault. I should have checked. When I got home no okra. So I kept calling no answer. The next day called no answer so it was lunch so I drove up there. I talk to manager and told him my okra was not in the box and said he gave me four peppers which only had three that I paid for. So I asked I should me compensated with some he said a biscuit or pepper and I am are you serious. So a customer was in the lobby eating her lunch and she was like a biscuit or pepper and he got mad because I was talking to her. He said he couldn't give me the free apple pie. I had spend $ 23.80 on the dinner. So I just got my refund on November 1 and was going to place another order but never again you treat customer like that. The manager was Maxmoud that what he said probably gave wrong name. I asked for corporate he said he did not know. I will never go there ago lost customer.

What churches don’t have the two special like be fr then the lady gone say oh we don’t have it because we have every day specials lol what a joke this place is and they don’t even fry chicken that good any way I just didn’t wanna drive to Chicago but I did and it was worth it I’ll never come here again they don’t have the Tuesday special this ain’t a real chicken spot like ridiculous they need to shut this chicken place down and the price of food what chicken place don’t have the Tuesday special all of the churches do expect this one that tells you some food is high why Wouldn’t it be a special

The chicken was dry and stale. Why would you sell staged old chicken that’s been sitting on the bin for probably 2 or 3 hours and then sell it to the consumer. This makes absolutely no sense! I would’ve went back to request a refund but I live 30 minutes away and with traffic it wouldn’t make sense. I figure give them a call for a complaint but they don’t answer the phone. 10 piece meal for 33 dollars isn’t worth it folks. This should be fixed

We had went here after being at the zoo all day and the only place we can find churches chicken is in Chicago area, we ordered off line and picked up the customer service was rude as hell and the food was nasty, no flavor, not fresh, and over all horrible taste. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.
