I ordered a 10npc and I received refried chicken. The coating was darker than usual and some parts were like chewing gum.I tried calling and no one answered. I was disappointed with the quality of the chicken.
Chicken was hard as a brick. Bread was hard as a brick. I ordered a large Okra- it wasn’t filled to the top only half way and it wasn’t fresh. Horrible service and they do not answer for you to speak with a manager.

I went 01/08/2025 after weeks of staying away, but that was the last time I will enter that location. I LOVE CHURCH'S CHICKEN, but this location is the worse. I believe they want to close down. The service is poor and they seem to use the same grease for weeks. The chicken is no where near the original recipe, it was burnt and not spicy at all. Please guys sell this place to someone that really want it, because you clearly do not! My question to the people in the neighborhood, Why do you continue to give these people your money? Raw frozen chicken would test better, and you could get better service from a died frozen chicken then you get from the guys that work there!

I love 20 minutes away...went to the drive-thru and they got me for $2 ..I DON'T CARE if it was 50 cent..they forgot my biscuit and jalapeno I PAID for..I asked for mash potatoes.. that's missing..but they didn't charge me..how hard is it to get a simple order right ESPECIALLY given its slow..I'm pissed!!

Chicken was a little over cooked for dark meat. Kinda dry but seasoned pretty good. I see the ONLY people that can cook Church’s Chicken ARE AFRICAN AMERICANS. I’m just being straight up and honest. The Church’s off 290 and the other one out west FIRE!! Hot and good whenever I go. WE THROW DOWN WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD. If you had us working for Church’s Chicken they’d make MORE money since that’s all it’s about now days, MONEY but consistency and quality mean more to me as a customer.

Went her a few days ago the chicken was horrible did not taste like churches at all had some type of taste i couldn't recognize it said it's something weird about this chicken and it was old maybe old grease and literally a day later I got sick and I'm still paying for it please don't eat here they don't know how to cook serving old food don't change the oil don't greet costumers they took all the black people out of churches and I don't know why because it used to be good and also I don't live no where near here or I would have took it back

I placed my order to be picked up the day before and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my order! It was prepaid therefore I don't see a reason why I had to wait so long for my order!!!
