Food was really good. Biscuits were kind of small but tasty. I always eat Popeyes only because in Maryland where I am we don’t have Church’s. It was nice to experience the food.

We had went here after being at the zoo all day and the only place we can find churches chicken is in Chicago area, we ordered off line and picked up the customer service was rude as hell and the food was nasty, no flavor, not fresh, and over all horrible taste. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

Love their chicken, hate their service. The chicken is never ready. We wait an average of 10 minutes per visit. Something is usually missing but since we've learned our lesson, we check before leaving. They just can't seem to get it together.
UPDATE: While the wait has gotten better, the chicken has gotten worse. The best pieces are the dark meat. They charge extra for white meat and the pieces are smaller now. The wings used to be huge. Now they’re teeny. The breast are hollow so there’s practically no meat; just skin. I only go here for dark meat now.
Food has gotten better, but if you order on the app you foo dis not ready when you arrive. Employees are just sitting around like there is no work to do.

The worker ABE or ADE he was so nice while taking my order thru the drive through. Need more workers like him I was having the roughest day and he took it upon himself to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted including my courtesy cup of water thank you so much’ the littlest things never goes unnoticed.

The most trifalin food I've ever tasted....Churches chicken be bussing, but this location got the most driest, greesiest, UN-SEASONED FOOD EVERRRRRR!!!!!!! Annnnnddddd, drove all over the world to get there with my man and was highly disappointed. The board of health outta shut you down....
