Came to this location to place an order through the drive through, and the gentleman taking my order was extremely rude and ignorant. He gave me a lot of attitude just for ordering three coffees. It was so bad that I stopped and asked him if he had a problem, and instead of calming down, he basically gave even more attitude.

I ended up driving off not giving my money to a place that treats people like this. If you hate your job that much, just quit. Customers shouldn’t be treated like that. This experience was completely unacceptable.

I love the morning staff! However, the afternoon/evening specifically the slim African American guy with an Afro makes service extremely weird and uncomfortable. I just purchased coffee and doughnuts for my kids and I almost don’t even want to try the food because of how nasty he was. I’ve encountered this guy at least 3 times within the last 2-3 months at this location and I’m sure I’m not the only person who made a complaint about him. This will be my last time going at this time. I paid via Apple Pay, he reached for my phone once it was placed in his hand he just stood there staring at me,
mind you when I pay in the morning via Apple Pay the woman picks up the scanner so I can scan my phone myself. Once he gave me my phone back, I said thank you, again he just stood there staring at me. He is extremely unpleasant! I’m pissed off all because I promised my kids Dunkin Donuts & he made me feel like I was troubling him! This store can do better than this when it comes to staff! Extremely unprofessional!!!!!

Louis is the best he took my order very carefully made sure he understood everything he had a great conversation with me let me occupied and I didn't even realize that all my food was sitting there

This location sucks!!! They got bad delivery time . The wait is forever also nasty tasting coffee and the snackin bacon is always burnt. Stay away from delivery especially Uber Eats. Hard to get a refund on nasty disgusting, overcook, food items and old coffee.

The tall skinny guy (couldn’t see his name) everytime I go in there he has a nasty attitude. Instead of saying how may I help you he blurts out WHAT! and rolls his eyes any chance he gets. He needs to be retrained very unprofessional

Paid for a wrap, never got it. Asked for my sandwich on an English muffin they said “we put it on a croissant because we didn’t have any bagels left”….. what?

The guy at the window was nice, but the girl who came out to hand me the food seemed like she was a day away from quitting.

We’ve all been to a billion dunkin donuts locations. But dang, Ive genuinely never been to one where theyve loved their job like this place. Everyone here was so freakin nice, I almost thought it was my birthday or something. Seriously. You know when you look at the schedule at work and know itll be a good day because youre scheduled with the dream team? I know for a fact if I worked here, Id wanna be scheduled with the people that worked this morning

This place is always a hit or miss. I went a few months ago and the employee kept talking to me about random things. Then as I drove away, I realized he kept my debit card, I locked it immediately. I went this week and they seem to have a high employee turn over. I always see different faces. They seem to have updated the coffee bar. If you have a chance go inside. They have the coffee on tap, like most new coffee shops. Last week that I stopped by, there was a lovely older man that took my order. He was very pleasant and up beat the whole time. Really made me change my mind about this place.
