They gave me a half cup of hot latte for a medium…. It wasn’t even full. Can someone please explain how their medium iced latte’s are bigger than their mediums hot latte as well. & the hash browns I received with the cheese & bacon had majority cheese…. Idk, shit ridiculous.

I came in the afternoon to get the Shaken Espresso. It was made so wrong, they added almond milk instead of oat milk. This mf added cold foam into my drink, which I didn’t ask for. Terrible customer service and they always be dragging. Like no good afternoon, it always “what are you getting”. I have the picture of my drink below and how suppose to look. Doing side by side. The worst part, they didn’t even mix my drink, you can see all the syrup in the bottom of my cups. I had to throw away my drink of how sweet it was. This employees need better training, I pay 8 bucks for this drink and is ashamed. This location needs to get better with speed and accuracy. Starbuck employees are better than them. Heading to Starbuck straightforward.

The service needs to improve, i ordered ahead mobile order after 10 minutes arrived i still have to pull to front door and wait another 5 minutes.
It's your average Dunkin donuts but the drive-thru was really small and a lot of times you waiting in line that's all the way out to the street and other cars can't get in and out of their parking
