Stopped for a quick burger before a VA appointment. Literally ordered a burger through drive through. Pulled up and paid . They closed window and pointed to the park and wait area . I’m thinking …for a burger ? So I try and clarify and they rudely point to go park . So I park 15 minutes go by . I was late and left . Worst run McDonalds on the planet ..

The wait this morning felt like I aged a decade just trying to get a Sausage McMuffin. I stood at the inside counter so long I started to question reality—pretty sure I saw a new employee get hired, trained, and promoted before my order was called. The McMuffin was still warm, but my spirit wasn’t.

Mcdonald's on 25th ave in Bellwood is the worst. The personnel SUCK!! The don't greet you, nor do the say thanks for coming. I paid for bacon on my sandwich and didn't get it. I take it back to let them know and they treated me like i was the one that messed up my order. Just about everytime I go thru me up my order. I take responsibility because I don't check it before I leave. This time i checked it and boom. Like i said it thought it was messed up. Quita or whatever the manager name is, was not the best problem resolver. If I could've given them half or zero stars I would but unfortunately I can't. You have a job dealing with the public, either by choice or you just can't do any better, either way a part of that is being friendly and professional. I wouldn't recommend them

The lady at the drive-thru pick-up window was extremely rude. There was a misconception when she asked us what we had and accidentally got handed a wrong bag. We let her know that was not our ordered and she was very rude when handing the situation. We also ordered a frozen coke but yelled at us saying “we dont have frozen coke”. (But pretty sure we saw the guy in front of us get a frozen drink). She did not offer a refund or anything different in return. Please teach your employees to respect customers even during high stress times. I have been in the food service industry for many years and would have gotten written up for treating a customer the same way she treated us. Just saying!
Food was hot and fresh which was the only plus. But no sauces were given & we did not get the frozen coke so money wasted there.

Hot, fresh, and full fries. Well cooked chicken strips that were actually juicy. Window attendants were friendly. My order was accurate.

I ordered throught the app, so my order was clear. I ordered the steak and egg breakfast sandwhich with only steak and egg, nothing else. When I recieved my order it was a full sandwhich, I returned it. 2nd time- it was steak, egg, and onions. I returned it. 3rd time- it was steak only I returned it. 4th time- it was the bun, onions, and egg, I returned it. 5th time -I asked for a manager and asked that she read my order, she said she did, so I informed her of how many times I had to come back and asked if she was sure she read it. Why do they get attitudes when they give bad service. They finally gave me what I asked for but I was afraid to eat it, because after all of the attitude I wasn't sure if something was dont to my food. I filed a report with their customer service.

I had a frustrating experience at McDonald's this morning. I pre-ordered my food through the app on my way to work to make things quick and easy, but unfortunately, it was anything but. When I arrived, I received the wrong sandwich. I had to park, get out of my car, and go inside to request the correct order. No apology was given, which was disappointing.

As I walked back out, I checked my sandwich, only to find they had again given me the same incorrect item. I had to return inside again, where I was met with an attitude instead of assistance. When everything was finally corrected, I had been delayed and made late for work.

Mistakes happen, but customer service should be about making things right—not making the experience more frustrating. I hope McDonald's improves its service so that others don’t have to deal with the same inconvenience.
