We were craving some fries, and decided to get Chicken Big Mac's to try them out....all the food was cold and stiff. Doesn't the person preparing the food know if it's cold and not fresh. When you eat cold food it doesn't taste as good as it should...Go to another McD's where they actually care how fresh you get your food.

I always order the most simplest orders and they always disappoint. It's a 3 min drive from my house to this location. The first time they put my BBQ all the way in the bottom of the bag put them at the top so people don't have to ask for sauce and get attitude in return. Second time I ordered a large sprite I got a large cup of water. 3rd time I ordered a breakfast meal and a extra hashbrown,no extra hash brown in the bag. Today I decided to play a mobile order they brought out my order and I was missing 2 whole sandwiches. When will I ever get my order right !

It’s a McDonalds. Everything but the dollar menu is expensive for supposedly being “cheap” fast food. Just get the dollar menu for a better price with no change in quality of the food. The staff is friendly and have a smile on their face so you at least feel welcomed. At times the property of the store will have the homeless and might come up to you. For example, I had a man asking me for money while at the drive thru. Does not feel comfortable but I guess that’s Chicago for you?
