My very nearly elderly mother went inside to use the bathroom and get coffee. When she returned, she was covered in coffee and had injured her wrist. Apparently, one of the employees, dressed as a transparent wall, jumped in front of and collided with my mother. Her white camisole is forever ruined and her trust in thin air has been shattered.

I usually visit this Starbucks every other day and have noticed a big difference depending on whether management is present. When the manager is on duty, my drinks are always made correctly, the store is clean, and the overall experience is great. However, when there is no manager, the quality drops significantly. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to return to have my drink remade because it wasn’t made properly. It also took me 15 minutes to receive just two coffees during my last visit without management present, which is unacceptable for a quick-service coffee shop.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store unless the manager is on duty, as the consistency and service just aren’t reliable otherwise.

I come here 4-5 times a week, always place a mobile order. Sometimes the line moves quickly some other times I wait up to 10 minutes, it’s okay I don’t mind waiting. Food has also been made correctly for the most part. Most employees greet me and say hi! Only dislike is being told from an employee to wait at least 5 minutes after placing a mobile order, when the app itself tells you the time. Once again, I don’t mind waiting but that’s rude and irrelevant when the app has been updated for better “time” estimates. I don’t complain when the long is super long & we have to wait, I certainly don’t like my iced cold brew watered down.

It’s 1045 it was a young lady with short black hair and a tall kid with mid length hair wish I got their names but they were fantastic! The drink was on point and young lady was phenomenal service. Highly recommend this establishment. Maywood location by the highway

Always a great experience at Starbucks! The drinks are consistently delicious, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is perfect whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or settling in to get some work done. I especially appreciate how easy mobile ordering is—my drink is always ready right on time. Reliable, cozy, and just the right caffeine fix!
