This has to be the worst White Castle in IL. I've gone to this location 3 times and not once have I made it through the drive-thru in less than 15 minutes. Seriously, I waited over half an hour the last time I went and there were only a few cars in front of me (that seemed to have reasonable orders). I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but I won't be going back here.

You should tell your customers when they are placing their order that YOU DO NOT OFFER UNSWEETENED ICED TEA. NOT JUST SERVE THEM A SWEET TEA INSTEAD. ESPECIALLY NOT KNOWING IF THAT PERSON IS A DIABETIC OR NOT. THIS IS A SERVER HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD YOU PLACED MYSELF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS IN BY DOING SO.

The wait in the drive through is entirely too long, I sat in line for over 15min I'm very disappointed with this service
They Should of just been closed for the day. After, A 3rd time ordering because they didn't have or didn't have that. We settled on whatever they gave us. I think we ended up w/ super strawberry shake (amazing), vanilla shake, 3 doub cheeseburgers, some slightly warm ?. The BEST part I haven't even spoke in it yet. What a kick in a?!! So far. Do you have the fish sticks? YES, we do? Ok, Great. She was so happy they have fish sticks, lol. Give her 3 orders of fish stick..She got 2 order of some chicken circles, 2 fries and a larger soda. Moral of the story is IF your store ONLY have 2 items- Stay Closed......PSA... This was a ONe-Time only occurrence. I have eaten their many times and will again. It wasn't the lady taking the order fault, How many time can you tell a customer(s) , We Don't Have? Thanks You...Enjoy ....I will

Please when you go to this White Castle, CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!!!!! They gave me cheese on my sliders when I told them PLEASE NO CHEESE! Then they didn't give me my large fry or my small fry. I would not recommend this White Castle to NO ONE ON TGE PLANET!
