Stopped here for date night and what a mistake.. our server Brandon had 0 personality and seemed bothered we were there. Our food comes out, well my fiancé's does and half of mine. He gets through half his burger as the server brings the rest of my food, my bacon ranch chicken sandwich was plain, mc Donald's are better looking. I cut into my chicken and it's completely raw!!!!! The response was "I'm so sorry" and "have a nice night" I could have gotten extremely ill had I not cut it open.#Applebee's#applebeesonadatenight

We had to wait for 5 to 10 min because no tables were clean and the manager had to clean a table because there was no hostess. It took forever just to get our drinks and even longer for food. There were employees just standing around talking to each other and not doing their jobs. After we got our drinks and a waitress, she did keep our drinks full. It was just a bad experience. I don't recommend unless you are getting takeout.

Order chips with artichokes dip I told my granddaughter that might had give us the leftover overs from several tray chips look the bottom of my bag at home all crumbs little pices I didn't complain because I am Hispanic and it you will think wanted free food but I will not go back I work hard to deserve to get a nice meal thank you

Ordered food for pickup. I think they forgot to heat up the pre-packed sides because they were COLD. And not like it got cold from sitting, like it was refrigerator cold…I’ve never had food ever be this cold in my life, I was in disbelief for a minute lol

Applebee's was a great lunch. We tried the .50 boneless wings special. I got both the classic flavor and the sweet Asian sauce. I'll definitely return for further lunch specials.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. This would be a zero stars if it was an option.We were not greeted properly by our waitress. It took almost an hour for my wife and I to get our drinks. My dinner was not served as advertised and was given a substitute side dish without being told or asked.I won't return to this restaurant, which is sad, since it's the only one in Illinois pretty much.

Sat us in a DARK (lights were not working) cold corner. Horrible service and took an extremely long time to get our food. Whiskey burger especially was not tasty and all of our fries were cold and soggy. I feel like I just took my money and threw it in the trash. Will never go back.
