Went to Dunkin this morning and Bobbi who was taking drive thru orders is extremely rude! I tried to repeat my order because I couldn’t understand her and she rudely said I got it and to move forward. Pulled up to the window to a very nice girl and Bobbi was making my coffee and gave me a dirty look. I don’t know who she is or what her deal is but she’s extremely rude!!

So i decided to make this review for this Dunkin Location was because i went to this location on Friday October 10th 2025 and this is was my first time going to this location too and when i try to get a morning breakfast i order my fresh coffee and 1/2 donuts and what it make my day that morning was the employee was very polite and have me an excellent service what make my day was when i bought 1/2 dozen donuts i never had anyone heat the 1/2 dozen donuts before and i was so excited when i got an excellent service so i want to recognize the whole team at this location for the best excellent service and specially the one who heat the donuts that make my day.....

Went there on a Sunday evening for a pick me up, I paid $8 for a quarter of brown sugar espresso with a ton of ice…a couple of sips and I was done…very disappointing
