Had the fried stuffed jalapeños and fried green beans both appetizers and all drinks were great, but the main food was not hitting the same marks.

Food is awful. Ordered wings, got boneless, hardly any sauce. Wrap was soggy and fries cold. Chopped salad, chicken was a bit undercooked. Had delivery and the $8.99 delivery fee?, ridiculous. We live less than a mile from them. Never, ever again.
About a month ago now, my husband and I came to dine for the first time and loved the experience so much we came back literally 3 days later (watched the Grammys at the bar). Service was top notch, food seemed really good until we got home and became violently ill. We both had burgers, fries and waters. Worst sickness experience of our lives and as a couple.

Very disappointing, if you have a food allergy, reconsider. They do not accommodate food allergies. Our server acted like she had no idea what is on the menu gluten free, she said she will ask the chef. She came back and said they only have pizza GF and the chef said he is to busy. It's just ridiculous, such a big restaurant and treat people with allergies so poorly. And ridiculous to wait 1:45 hour for a pizza. Very disappointing.

Pizza was good but they put hella dish sanitizer solution in my water, it didn’t complain because I kinda liked the flavor it added.

I was satisfied with my gyros order. I wasn't expecting boneless wings though. And be sure to order the homemade chicken noodle soup if it's available. The staff and delivery people were very polite and positive.

I went overthere with my friend, the place nice and the food is great....will be awesome if they make a coffee because they don't make any hot drinks.
Kid-friendliness: The waitress are good.

Food was really good but our Waitress forgot to add the half off discount. And they really didn’t want to refund the money back. The manager acted as if I was wrong for wanting them to honor my discount that I had mentioned from the beginning of our visit. The waitress was inattentive to the point my wife got up and just waited in the car in hope the waitress noticed and would help us. We told the waitress it was my wife’s bday and nobody acknowledged it. They told they would give me a free appetizer on my next visit. It’s comical they’d even think I’d come back after not honoring their coupon for their waitress mistake. Overall it wasn’t the best experience.

Unfortunately, our visit to Jexal's tonight was a disappointing experience and will likely be our last. The food quality was far below expectations. My wife ordered the boneless chicken wings, which were essentially chicken nuggets. The sauce lacked flavor, and the texture of the chicken was rubbery—easily one of the worst we've had.
As for the "famous" Detroit-style pizza, it tasted more like a standard deep-dish pizza with a slightly different crust. It was bland and lacked the distinctive flavors you'd expect from something labeled as a specialty item.
Additionally, the pricing for the pizza was misleading. The menu lists $21 for the Detroit-style pizza, but bundled topping combinations significantly increased the price to $33. This added cost wasn't mentioned or clarified anywhere on the menu, which felt deceptive.
For the quality and portion sizes offered, the overall experience was not worth the cost. Having lived in Detroit, I can confidently say this fell short of delivering an authentic or enjoyable representation of Detroit-style pizza. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Went there for the first time today. Food was okay tasted like any other place. Cocktails drinks were watered down. The bartender wasn’t really attentive to me and my friend. Our food did come out really quick and we got our appetizer and our entrée at the same time. Which why get an appetizer at that point. We each spent about $35 per person on one appetizer, one entrée and one drink

Good sandwiches and apps, but their ribs and chicken breasts are re-heated hockey pucks.
