Usually this is our go to place, the 2 guys that are usually there are amazing and so nice but today there was a girl, iv seen her a few times. Always rude! This would be a 5 out of 5 if they'd just get rid of her.
The owner Aurelio provided us with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He is great at explaining the options he offers and made me feel welcomed to ask any questions. I appreciate his hard work and the variety offered at this Michoacana. There’s even a bakery here! I’m obsessed with this store and will be coming back with all my friends this summer!
After a failed attempt to another McHenry bakery, we stumbled upon this location to purchase conchas for my daughters school project. The facility was extremely clean and they offered a wide variety of items. My daughter picked out her items and the young man cashing us out struck up a conversation with her.
