I bought 1 sandwich #17 and 1 #40 wrap and a bag of chops. Total came to $32.29. That's fine. But there was a super thin layer of what I think was roast beef. Tasted off. The bread was hard and the sandwich was loaded with vegetables that where not fresh at all. Super soggy. I wish I could upload a pic of my husband's sandwich. Just đ gross. Just wrong to sell garbage to people and be ok with it. Never returning. Please check your food before leaving.

For my philly cheese steak sandwich I didn't get enough meat through or just bits at the end, one two tomatoes instead of three less ingredients then asked. This is why I prefer Subway on Rt. 120.

The worst subway in Mchenry county . They put as little meat on your sandwich. I taste more bread than meat . There is no Ac just warm air hitting you. Itâs like an oven in there. I asked for a side of giardiniera and she tried charging me $1 each. They are so stingy . Then we just happened to be there on a day where some of their family was sitting in the lobby and i grabbed my bag of chips that i ordered from the mobile app only for their family member to ask them if i already paid for my chips too . Very very unpleasant visit . We were going to sit there and and eat but after all of that we just left .

This was the worst location. Granted I received a deal due to the coupon but there was literally one slice of turkey one of ham not double cheese very few toppings. I have never had a bad experience but went to a new subway. Without coupon this sub would have been 14 dollars. I used the 6.99 but that shouldn't be used against me.

I placed an online order that resulted in a deeply disappointing experience. I ordered two foot-long sandwiches and four cookies but ultimately had to discard all of the items. The flatbread was excessively hard, and The quality of the steak was also poor. Additionally, the cookies were similarly hard. When I contacted the store the guy who answered rudely stated he wasn't responsible for the situation and abruptly ended the call.

Every so often I enjoy a sub from subway theyâre far from the best subs but always satisfy the craving I typically go to the one closer to lakemoor by the day care but they were temporarily closed so I took a trip to this one I had never been and never noticed it when passing by so my girlfriend and I take the trip to subway when we get there we are not greeted with a hello but instead a quite rude âwhatâll beâ seeming upset we tried to order quickly so he could get back to playing games on his phone we tried to tell him about our coupon to which he wouldnât listen to either occupied by his phone or the delivery driver and so when it came to paying we tried again to tell him about the coupon saying that the order would be 35+ dollars for two subs which I told him I couldnât pay without the coupon and he then started to raise his voice and escalate the situation I tried to say we had tried to tell him before but he started to yell we had wasted his money his time and then started to remove items from the order still expecting that we would take our business anywhere near this place if anyoneâs time or money was wasted it was mine on the gas and drive we will never be returning to this location I can only home the one closer to our house opens back up so this one can close

I had a coupon for $17.99 for three subs. She said I could only use the coupon on turkey, ham or meatballs but she reluctantly gave me two tunas and one turkey. I asked to have the tuna spread to cover the ends so I noticed that I had less than a quarter of an inch on the entire sandwich. She said I would have to pay more for tuna that looked like the photos on the menu. Since I was feeding four people I asked to have each sandwich cut in quarters which she did. When I received my bill which I kept, she charged me $18 and $1.40 tax. Hmmm! I will not go back there and I will contact corporate for the lack of honesty with coupons. Please forward this to the CEO.
