This was the worst location. Granted I received a deal due to the coupon but there was literally one slice of turkey one of ham not double cheese very few toppings. I have never had a bad experience but went to a new subway. Without coupon this sub would have been 14 dollars. I used the 6.99 but that shouldn't be used against me.

I placed an online order that resulted in a deeply disappointing experience. I ordered two foot-long sandwiches and four cookies but ultimately had to discard all of the items. The flatbread was excessively hard, and The quality of the steak was also poor. Additionally, the cookies were similarly hard. When I contacted the store the guy who answered rudely stated he wasn't responsible for the situation and abruptly ended the call.

Every so often I enjoy a sub from subway they’re far from the best subs but always satisfy the craving I typically go to the one closer to lakemoor by the day care but they were temporarily closed so I took a trip to this one I had never been and never noticed it when passing by so my girlfriend and I take the trip to subway when we get there we are not greeted with a hello but instead a quite rude “what’ll be” seeming upset we tried to order quickly so he could get back to playing games on his phone we tried to tell him about our coupon to which he wouldn’t listen to either occupied by his phone or the delivery driver and so when it came to paying we tried again to tell him about the coupon saying that the order would be 35+ dollars for two subs which I told him I couldn’t pay without the coupon and he then started to raise his voice and escalate the situation I tried to say we had tried to tell him before but he started to yell we had wasted his money his time and then started to remove items from the order still expecting that we would take our business anywhere near this place if anyone’s time or money was wasted it was mine on the gas and drive we will never be returning to this location I can only home the one closer to our house opens back up so this one can close

I had a coupon for $17.99 for three subs. She said I could only use the coupon on turkey, ham or meatballs but she reluctantly gave me two tunas and one turkey. I asked to have the tuna spread to cover the ends so I noticed that I had less than a quarter of an inch on the entire sandwich. She said I would have to pay more for tuna that looked like the photos on the menu. Since I was feeding four people I asked to have each sandwich cut in quarters which she did. When I received my bill which I kept, she charged me $18 and $1.40 tax. Hmmm! I will not go back there and I will contact corporate for the lack of honesty with coupons. Please forward this to the CEO.

Wish I could give negative stars. Ordered a footlong online and they literally gave me a 6in cut in half. Decided to give it another chance and ordered a 6in. Got the full 6in with NO MEAT ON IT. Ordered a rotisserie style chicken both times. Severely disappointed both times. Worst service ever. Will not be ordering here again.

Horrible service. Very rude people working there. They did not want to take my subway coupon today. Yesterday they took it no problem. They did not want to give me oil and vinegar on the side, said they didn’t offer that. Yesterday they did give it to me on the side no problem. They also upcharged me on the meat. I just paid it and told them I would not be back to this location, off rte 31 in Mchenry. They did not seem to care at all.

I went today the inside was beyond hot! I ordered the beast sub & took off one of the meats & cheese… the sandwich is 10.99 and the meal combo is 16 something… I got the sandwich… I go to ring up & the man was rude as heck to me in general with an attitude gave me the total of over 16$… i asked him how is that possible? Is then proceeds to tell me it’s 2.50$ extra for turkey!! Turkey comes on that sandwich!!!!! I told him his mistake and he still refused to fix it or even act like he cared.. I walked out without the sandwich and or paying for that. I almost feel like this man tried to rob or scam from me, it’s had enough his wife that works there got my sandwich wrong the last time and refused to fix it and just proceeds to tell me oh next time you come I fix it for you… this place needs to be looked into honestly.. they’re very dishonest nasty people.
This subway is the worst, I went to get there honey mustard chicken wrap I previously got at a different subway, not only were they charging $2 more than the other subway but the wrap was half the size and barely put any meat on it was veggies looked like they had been sitting out all day. I went in with a coupon and my $15 gift card I had. The lady told me they do not accept coupons because their costs are too high. I said ok and ordered my 6 inch tuna. I went to pay and my gift card didn't work. She tried it twice. So I paid with cash. A few days later I was able to get the receipt for the gift card. It was from Meijers. I went to Meijers and they told me the card is good but if it still doesn't work I should call Subway. The Subway number I called did not work. I started to think maybe this lady didn't want me using a gift card. I went to a different Subway and my card worked just fine. I didn't mention that my sandwich didn't taste right and there was barely any tuna. This lady was dishonest and I wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out. Will NEVER go there again. I should have checked the reviews because I would've avoided this place based on that.
