Stopped in last night after a day of boating. Two CC's (double shots) and 20 SWEET CHILI WINGS for $23....that's nuts! I felt like I was robbing the place it was so inexpensive. Service was fine but truly enjoyed the wings.
I'm telling ya'....20 BIG wings for $10 on Sundays is a great deal. I'll be back for certain.
whatever bartender is on tonight 8-8-2024, is quite literally the rudest girl i’ve ever had take care of me here. every other bartender has been amazing & nice but this girl was put out by my group asking for likes for their shots. she’s more worried about talking to who im assuming is her friends at the table next to the bar instead of doing her job nicely. as a server im a little put out by this experience.

Well.... I was not going to put a review in because I figured someone would contact me after calling multiple times and letting them know there was an issue with my food. Let's just say the special of the day is really special. So special it has a dead mosquito in it. I realize it was not on purpose but the fact of the matter is. A mosquito that drowned its self in gravy was in my food and i ate some of the food before realizing. I have pictures that i will attach if possible. I usually never write reviews. Poor management 100% . Has not contacted me, left a voicemail, nothing. Would not recommend The Gamblur in McHenry to anyone unless they are just having a drink. But at this point, I would check those too, I'll never go back agian.Wish I could give them 0 stars

Pregnant Bartender didn't want to serve beer in glass cup and tried blocking the glasses from my view if im some sort of mongrel neanderthal I'm paying 7$ + tip$ can't even get my iPa in glass the American way. Plastic goes straight to the land fill on my first night here as well . Also bartender sneezed on her hand should at least use common courtesy and use inner elbow also the bar tender got irritated I asked for extra limes lemons oranges and cherry those are complementry and they just go to waste and I tipped 40$ for her and her soon to be born child. I don't care about 40$ for a baby but overall service has to be standard here when it comes to customers
