Overall a great experience, the pizza could be better but the drink was amazing and right next to the river. Couldn’t be any better for an atmosphere.

Used to come here often. Was looking forward to their broasted chicken. Ordered a $4 happy hour beer. The check was $4.50 + tax (no one charges tax on drinks at a bar) plus a 3% surcharge????? $5.00 total for a $4 beer.The check says they will remove the surcharge if you ask them to. To the management, why not simplify things and beat people up in the parking lot and steal their wallet? Stealing money from your customers is a horrible way to do business. Won't do business with someone I can't trust.

Well, now I’ve experienced it: the worst pizza in the world.

People say Chicago tavern style is great so I was excited to try it. It was a cracker. (I bet the crusts arrive frozen or something. There’s no way that crust was freshly made.) The sauce was not pleasant and if Wonder Bread made sausage, it would taste like the sausage on this pizza. Bland and gross.

The server was nice, but it took a long time for the drinks to arrive and an inordinately long time for the check to be taken. The kitchen got several things wrong in the orders of my dining companions. No one was happy with their meals. Plus, I got several mosquito bites on my feet and ankles. I asked if they had any bug spray and the server said no.

But the view of the water was pleasant and the drinks were cheap. I guess it’s all about priorities.

Ordered 32 pieces Chicken to go. When picked up, ordered sides of mashed potatoes and Cole slaw (3.99) each - received small containers (pints?). When opened at home, saw they were only 1/2 full.
Chicken was good - sides a scam.

Enjoyed a beautiful warm summer evening along the Fox River last night. The hostess was able to seat us in the shade as per our request with a view of the boats parading by just yards away. My wife's chicken salad and punch-like lemonade-based drink special were delicious. My hot habenaro chicken wings were more sweet than hot but I managed to devour them anyway. Our server Maddi took care of us without being too intrusive, checking on our satifaction with our orders and offering to bring additional drinks. Glad we found this riverside hangout.

I was here for a retirement party. Jenna was our bartender. She did a great job, even handling the kids well. The food was good too.

The food was really good and veiw is beautiful loved being able to enjoy eating by the water. The beer nuggets were so crispy 😋

Just stopped by to enjoy sitting outside for a drink and appetizer.

Used to love this place. Ordered their “snuggarita”. They are premade so don’t order. No tequila, had to order 2 shots to actually taste any tequila. Pic of cheeseburger and fries, glad they didn’t go overboard and give me too many fries…last pic is their surcharge on top of their weak ass drinks. Service was great but this place is trash now.

I have eaten here twice before. Thou is was one of the salads. Today my girlfriend and I meet for lunch. It was pretty dead there. I ordered chicken n ribs . I ordered sweetpotato frues n I wanted mashed potatos w gravy too. Waitress had to mention extra charge for extra side. Told her I dont care. Food came , the chicken looked breaded and fried. And dark meat which i dont eat. She stated it was Broasted , well Broasted is fried (pressure fried to be exacted) so it cooks faster. Well I told her I dont eat dark meat n it looked over cooked. So once again i was told its 5$ more for white meat. I dont care..geez. so a while later i get a plate of Fried yuk chicken breast. Seriously this chicken come frozen pre breaded..its junk. Then tossed in a pressure fryer. Discussing...the sweet potatoe fries were good the ribs small portion but good. I under some people in a low end establishment like this care about being charge a few extra bucks here n there. And I am not thrill for paying $63. For crappy chicken that will go to the dogs. I grew up on this road. Went to.the old Snug harbor as a child. Then ate there when it was a supper club. Not it a dang sport bars. Oh dont want to firget to mention the crying 2 yr old at the BAR in a highchair. Parents that shouldnt be at a BAR w a baby. I seem to remember its against the law for any minor to be seared at the BAR. Of course the poor chikd was bored and needed a nap. But the parents seems more concerned will sittimg at the dang BAR w friends then parenting. Both my friend and I agreed.not a place worth going to ago. Hence was it was dead on a Saturday afternoon. For $63 we could have gonna to a much nicer higher end restaurant . Where there is no waitress interrupting with oh thats a extra charge BS.

1st time there and Austin was our server he was awesome, ask what he thought was a good buy for dinner he suggested the ribs and broasted chicken. He said he wants to try it but it looks good. We'll he was dead right it was great. But he was a great sever he was understanding and fast. Thanks Austin till next time.
