Cheese sauce was runny, afraid to eat my chicken..it had a strange color and taste, poor service. Normally, food,drinks and service is great...maybe it was just an off night.

Reasonable prices, usually great food. This particular visit, we asked for salt and pepper, and hot sauce. We were informed that they don't have hot sauce anymore, but they have tomatilla sauce which you have pay for. :-( I have never been to any Mexican restaurant that did not provide salt and pepper AND hot sauce. So needless to say, stuff was more bland in our opinion. Bring the hot sauce back, please. We pay enough for our food to not have to pay extra for a shakes of Tapatio. We paid $62 (after tip), for 3 basic meals and only had water to drink.

I placed a to go order and was told it would take 20 minutes. I arrived within 10-15 minutes expecting my food to be not yet be ready but close to and hot. It in fact appears to have been sitting there already for a few minutes. I had left my wallet at the house and asked if I could have the food placed in a warmer or something like remade and I was willing to pay for the food being remade. I was told that they don’t do things like that. Lost my money and a customer for the night.

Last time I dined in, there was a lot of chaos, server had language difficulty. Ordered a margarita, the first swallow was full of all the salt that used to be on the rim. Did not look or taste right, sent it back. We order takeout et there is always at least one thing is missing from order.

Mini taco shells were given for chicken fajitas and once again the chicken wasn’t cut up for the fajitas. You can’t even get all that food on a mini taco shell to make a fajita. I thought maybe it was an accident so I took it back in to try and get the correct six shells and they went to kitchen came back and said to use 2 shells. What?? Am I supposed to glue them together or what? Not to mention they tried to charge me $18 for lunch fajitas. He gave me $4 cash for the difference but hadn’t even ran my card yet. This is not the first time I’ve went there on my lunch break and got crappy food. But It is most definitely my last time. Ugh!!

Wow. Tequila Mexican restaurant was so good! I am from San Antonio Texas and also grew up in a Mexican household. The majority of restaurants we have are Mexican restaurants and this place was the closest to these restaurants, Authentic! I recommend coming to Tequila Mexican Restaurant if you want great service and great food!

There's a reason my husband's work has their Christmas party there every year.. enough seats lol just kidding. Absolutely delicious every time I've been and the service is fast and friendly. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you
