Hubs asked for a peanut butter Oreo shake …. First time, they didn’t add PB. Second time they didn’t add Oreo. I asked for a Reese’s ice cream scoop with cookie dough pieces. They gave me the right ice cream but the wrong topping. When I said that’s not what I ordered, they said oh we’re out of cookie dough pieces and proceeded to list off 6 or 7 other toppings they were out of too. Okay… but say that while I’m ordering and don’t change my order without asking me.
It wasn’t busy or crowded or loud. She looked us in the face and said okay to our requests then just did it wrong. It’s not like it’s a $2 ice cream anymore. It’s a $14 order, and not a hard one.

Icecream was all melted he had to use a cup since it was too melted for a cone. Also, TINY LITTLE SCOOPS are that expensive? They barley speak english so they cant really understand what you are asking for. Not worth the money. Terrible location, will not come back

In this establishment there are always problems, when it is not one thing it is the other. They are lazy and also irresponsible. They never know, they never understand...ect. Today I sent my nephew to buy me a Pineapple Sundae, since they haven't had Pineapple in a while. Well, they have strawberry and chocolate fudge left. I told the woman, well, give me some strawberry pie. The man who was serving said he didn't know what that was. And when my nephew arrives he arrives with two boesrobya, he went too far. The vanilla ice cream whipping cream and a cherry and that's it and I charge my nephew the price of a sundae with everything.

Doors were locked by 930pm on thursady 1/19 while staff was still inside. Had to go to franklin park location instead
Got here on Sunday 3/6/22 at 7:35pm and the door was locked. Three visible staff members were busy cleaning.

I tried to love potion 31 it was delicious overpriced yes but delicious also had an apple fritter doughnut which wasn’t actually an apple fritter it was an apple filled doughnut and it was also filled with raw dough It was not cooked all the way
