Chicken was very dry, cream of spinach does not taste like it usually taste it’s just wet spinach with no flavor, cornbread is hard as rock, Mac and cheese isn’t cheesy just dry. HORRIBLE QUALITY OF FOOD!!!

Never bring me back here! I was with my family and i ordered the mac and cheese and turkey. That turkey was so bland it all most made me throw up! And that mac and cheese is so dry and disgusting and the meat smells like dog shit no wonder why no one comes! I dont recommend this place. And one of the booth tables were very wobbly. Also there drinking machine didnt work, one of my young family members got apple juice but there was only 1 left!

This is the only one still standing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The chicken was drier than I prefer, and most of the veggies sides are no longer available.

I cannot comment on the customer service as my husband picked this up but wow, I can see why all the Boston markets closed.
Was always a huge fan growing up and have been missing it so when my husband was in the area for the last one around we were pumped. Oh how the mighty have fallen.
The chicken was drrrrrrryyyyyy the skin tasteless Boston market chicken skin USED to be sweet tangy and have lots of seasoning, the skin on the chicken we got looks like what I cook for my cat who can’t even have salt. The Mac and cheese was drrrrrryyyyy tasteless some noodles were crunchy it was so dried out. The sweet potatoes again tasteless but no topping??? Where is the oat crunch the toasty marshmallow??? And corn bread was a joke the bags were SOAKED in grease but the texture of them was a hockey puck how is that even possible.
My grief of there being truly no Boston market how it used to be is insurmountable what a slap in the face this place is.

Boston Market owes me a little over 1400.00 in unpaid reimbursement from overdraft fees and late fees from when they stopped paying us on time. If anyone at this location actually looks at these reviews, please reply to it. I will be stopping in eventually if no response is given for an answer

What happened to Boston Market? Im starting to wonder if they just store the unused food and warm it for the next day? Or is the quality really that bad. I remember Boston Market use to have that feeling of a true home cooked meal. Either way its not the same and yet the prices have gone up.

I used to eat Boston Market a lot several years ago, before a lot of the Chicago locations closed down. I'd had a taste in my mouth for months for it, especially the mac & cheese; I've always liked it.
Finally realized they deliver to where I am, 11 miles away and ordered dinner for the family.
Not great. I'm trying to be fair because the food was decent not bad, but not great either and...they changed the macaroni to this watered down crap. I ordered a large side of it too...such a waste.
...just now realizing as I'm writing this that I paid $60+ for below average food, and they didn't give us our cornbread.
