Every time we order from this restaurant, they never add the carrots and celery that comes with the order.

I ordered for delivery from the app and they canceled my order and I called the asking when I will get it and it never showed up at my house. After calling them multiple times and no response, I called off a different number and finally got a call back saying that I could go pick it up or saying I could get a refund in a rude tone. I went to go pick the food up and there was 3 people working, one actually working in the back, and 2 talking. Even after having to go pick up my food I still had to pay for delivery services. The wings were cold and the fries weren't fresh. Never again

They always get my online orders wrong. Tried calling to correct my order but no one answers the phone. Sadly I won't be ordering my crew dinner/lunch from this location.

You need to hire more people or close this location and stop wasting people's time.

Employee waiting in car till 11pm when i arrived at 10:30pm and looked at me while laughing in vehicle while I tried opening the door

This location never seems to get my order right. Always missing something and I have to go back or got the flavors wrong. Check before you leave to make sure you have everything

Update: this location ended up refunding me for my order. Which I appreciate - didn’t have to do as much as they did but i do appreciate it.

I love BWW food - just wish they would get the orders correct the first time. Hopefully management will buckle down and help achieve that.

They deserve the poor score that they currently have. We ordered online because they never never ever want to answer the phone. When we picked up the order half the items are missing. You can’t call to let them know because they don’t answer. When I went inside to ask for a refund all they said was you will get it back in 5-10 days. My order was back on 10/28. We are way past that period and still no refund. I asked the store manager can I get some type of receipt that I’m getting my refund, and she responded to call in if I don’t get my refund. I even told her how can I call in if nobody answers. She gave the stupid answer of oh we were busy yet the whole place was empty. DO NOT GO HERE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR MANAGEMENT. I would gladly make the trip to Skokie for the BDubs over there.

We ordered online about a week ago over 65$ worth of food just for it all to be cold. When I picked up the order I told them if they could give me sauce on the side for my wings since online it doesn’t give us the choice for “wet”. I got told I would have to be charged for it. Which I said I was ok with out the extra sauce. I get home and the wings looked old and were cold. We decided to go back and get a refund on the order. The manager there who was In charge told us that it wasn’t possible for us to refund the order back on our card and that she had to do it thru the system. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no refund has been issued to our account. I would love for some one to please reach out as it’s 65.00$ worth of food. Every time we’ve tried calling they never answer or say their manager is not in or free at the moment. All I know is that we will never be buying wings from this franchise ever again.

I like the other manager but this one is unprofessional rude and takes her sweet time the store was not busy and it still took over 10+ mins to come out every single time.

Surprised location is still open. What a joke!

I love dubs religiously..this location is awful waited 30 mins for a order that come out with fries that tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for hours and how where the wings not hot WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGIAN!

We arrived for our traditional 15 piece order. The order wasn’t done once we arrived which is fine , but why was my food cold when i received it. Shouldn’t it have been fresh since we were still waiting on them to finish? From the chicken to the cheese curds all of the food was cold. Our chicken was slimy, and barely had sauce on them. There were only 2 workers there on a Saturday night. How pathetic….People were nice, but food was terrible and not fresh or hot. No one answered the phone. This place was terrible I don’t even plan on giving them a second try. Just close down please.

Onion rings, they gave very small portion, like 6 rings.
Half of it wasn’t fully cooked inside
